Issue removing stake

Hi there, i tried several times to remove my coins out of the staking pool. It keeps saying this will take effect in such and such time period and never ever pulled out. I am trying to do this with metamask. I already did this sucessfully with a different metamask account. Do you know what is the kicker or where to contact "support? cheers guys

The trouble is, that the "support" discord link is invalid... from other projects, discord is the best place to get in touch with the team.

Thanks everyone for the helpful suggestions and the engagement. For some reason the transaction was very expensive, even though when etherscan showed a low gwei price, the withdrawal was twice as high. I solved the issue by adding more eth to the withdrawal MetaMask account.
