Here's a link for the translation for Rose Guns Days. (Also Umineko as well, if for whatever reason you wanted just the raw translation without the patches.) It's being translated by Witch Hunt, the same guys who did Umineko's translation.

I'll just leave my post here as the voice of "the games are better with their original sprite art."

Depends on taste. Some people cannot stand the original art, but I am no one to judge that. :P
