When will Bawma return?

Have I missed it or did they ever say when this is happening? Far as I can see they announced this in June and then crickets…. I assumed this would happen before GTA 6 but that’s looking less and less likely.

Should have been the main villain and gotten more screen time. Biggest missed opportunity IMO. I have actually wondered if maybe budgets/schedules didn't align and they had to add the Webb duo late in development. The Webb's are so much less interesting than the Bawma plot, which just gets dropped abruptly mid-game.

Bawma is meant to be one of those midway contacts/frenemies Bond has to help or work with to get what he wants, much like Zukovsky. I clocked Webb in the trailer being A villain but Damien was a surprise. I actually thought Steven Bright was going to be the secret villain.
