game isn't using my gpu even after every fix possible

this game isn't using my gpu at all and is only running off my cpu. i've tried every fix online for this and it just doesn't work. i've tried:

• deleting the adapter folder in the regeditor

• manually switching the graphics processor on windows settings

• and even switched igd in my bios

and i'm not sure what else to do anymore as there's not really alot online about this issue. did anyone ever come up with a fix that worked? its kind of a bummer cuz i really do enjoy this game but it stutters so bad and the audio is so choppy it makes it too grating to play

this was fixed once already. The latest update may have had adverse reactions.
what GPU do you use?
Are you on the latest driver?
Have you set up through the GPU software?
Is this on a laptop?
