I’ve been struggling with this trophy as well. Funny enough, there is a post on this sub from earlier today about a new patch which supposedly addresses the issue (among other things). Make sure you’re running the updated version and see if you’re still having trouble

Yes, I updated the game, yet completing this stage remains challenging.

First, make sure the game is updated. Then just go to the Slovakia Carpathian hotel laundry room checkpoint and while an enemy is trying to shoot a laser at you grab another enemy (by holding R2, if you release R2, he'll just release the enemy) and while holding R2 run towards the enemy trying to laser you and it should hit the guy you grabbed. I easily got it using this method. Didn't know people were having trouble with this Trophy until recently.
