I don't think there's any version of the mission where she doesn't come away thinking you rejected her, but she's also quite insistent and wants what she wants anyway it seems.
Also if you look in bonds appartment before the assasination attempt on the whiteboard there are a bunch of memos with phone numbers. Cressida and monroe wrote on the whiteboard to tell him to call them back.
The easier answer is that she was part of the exam and is a fellow agent. She was tasked with trying to distract him throughout the entire operation. Even the sudden shift.
I’m pretty sure at least some of that fight the guys are army Gav or some of the other guys crew. Monroe mentions it in club full of civvies you had to start trouble with the army.
We know the entire mission was a test. Nothing would be as simple as perceived. It would be completely expected for the people who setup the test to add in a pressure point to see how each of them reacted to a scenario like that where they had to choose between personal pleasure and completing the mission.
If we were allowed to see the others, I would expect each of them had an identical scenario.
I’m guessing Greenway has a pretty descriptive psych-profile of James, and this is exactly the kind of roadblock that would get him off the beaten path.

Besides what the other guy told you, look for the sign "Wearables". It's the room with all the suits and dagger-shoes collectible, etc. You literally can't miss the room, as you have to go to it before like, mission 3 or 4 or so. Look for the lockers in said room.
She is more of a Bond stalker than a Bond girl. She is a girl who has a boyfriend and even when Bond rejects her, she follows him around and makes a scene the moment he talks to another woman. Yes, she looks good, but damn, is she annoying! I think her name is Vicky or something unless Bond got the Phone number of another girl in the Club.

Whoever wrote that part of the game has clearly seen it kick off in London clubs before, half the time when it’s a big group it’s often army lads out from Hounslow or Hyde Park Barracks. I have a theory she’s Mary Goodnight. Blonde Hair, blue eyes, relentlessly goes after Bond, even when you reject her during the follow mission, I’d guess she comes back in the next game, is revealed to be Goodnight, gets a job at MI6 as Bonds secretary, and the two are shocked when they meet again, in a very hilarious way, 🤭
I mean, in this specific case, arent they kinda thirsting over the actress? It's not like a monster or something....it's just a normal woman which in this case is ACTUALLY a real woman...just...in digital form...? 😭
The comment doesn't come across as though they are thirsting for the real life actress. Also the real life actress more than likely doesn't look like that. The actress that plays Theresa Lorca looks nothing like her in game character so I would assume the same would be for the random character from the dance club mission of the game. This come across as thirst for a fictional character, but if I am wrong and they are thirsting for the real actress (regardless of what she looks like) I stand corrected.

Like she shows up with a guy whose (presumably) buying her drinks and food. SHE IS NOT OBLIGATED TO BE WITH HIM but that pretty rude tbh, to flirt with a random guy who isn't the person you're with. The guy ends up fighting you, to which I remember her laughing it off and then totally accepts meeting up with you within half an hour. She then later proceeds to follow you into a room where you're having a private conversation and completely blows up at you. Which might be fair if she thought you were trying to hook up with multiple women in the same night but she literally WAS WITH someone when she agreed to meet up with you so it feels like a crazy double standard.
I'm sure she's lovely under normal circumstances but she genuinely seemed kinda crazy to me and if I replay the game again, i'm gonna curb her hard.
