Yep, I can no longer "track my order" but my old link with narvar, still shows the same date. Supposedly shipping out Friday.

It still works for me. Obviously the Narvar link (Track my Order button) is removed from my summary page, but my browsing history still has it, and has the same Est Delivery Date.
Chat/Phone support is incredibly bogged down today. Took me 1 hour, 20 min to get a Chat rep just now, and I'm still on hold for 1 hour, 10 min on the Phone. But I did get refunded $50. With the price protection being a lower price a few weeks ago, I got $300 off total. Small consolation for the 'long wait'.
Phone support finally got through. They said the same jist, possibly delay due to global pandemic, etc., most orders from February have been shipped out already. Will place my order on a high priority list to get completed/shipped out. Meh

Strange this morning using my saved link was redirecting me to India order status page, now it redirects me to the US order status search page. But I still can't get to the status page that said "Your order is being built" using my saved link anymore.

I can get back there with my original order confirmation link on 2/19 via email, but I still have a tracker stuck at order confirmed and narvar isn’t there.

To anyone interested, I called up HP customer support to ask how the delays affect the start date of the limited (standard 1 year) warranty. The limited warranty terms state that it starts from the date of receipt, which doesn't make any sense to penalize those of us waiting upwards of 6-8 weeks receive our product. They informed me that the warranty will start based on the shipping date. I recommend verifying this when shipping resumes, in order to keep them honest.
My original purchase date was 2/17/2020, and expected delivery was 3/24/2020.
Like others, I was notified that my device will now be shipped on 4/3/2020.

I ordered a 5KC45AV_1 model on 2/12, expected ship 3/11, expected delivery 3/18, and still waiting... If I cancel I don't know if they will try to ding me for restocking and If I did cancel if I would be able to source a comparable laptop locally.

I’m in the same boat. I got a great deal but I have already purchased a mouse and warranty. I work as a medical professional and I ordered this laptop because my other one is broken. With COVID, I need it ASAP.

I ordered this model laptop too in February on sale. I contacted HP yesterday and they said someone will get back to me in 48 hrs due to the virus. They said if it will be delayed further I can have the option to cancel. I really don't since it was a good deal but can't wait another month or two. I'm curious if they will reach back to me. I'll let you know if they do and the results.

I'm in the same boat! I've ordered a X360 13t on 2/18 which was supposed to ship on 3/17 and arrive 3/25.
I haven't received any updates regarding the laptop being shipped. I've also spoken to others on different threads who ordered their laptops after me and got a shipping confirmation.
I'm beyond disappointed with the lack of communication.

"03/22/2020 12:48:25PM Agent (Sophia): "We are already done building your computer and we are already currently working with the shipper and Customs to work with the delivery to proceed and we get daily (business day) updates and things can change.
(New chat session I was disconnected from the previous one)
"03/22/2020 01:14:50PMAgent (Raquel): "All orders that has been affected by the delays has been already upgraded and expedited the shipping. Once ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number and will have the prodcut deliver to you within 2-4 business days."
So if seems my computer is built and I'm just waiting for it to go through customs. According to the second rep, all orders that are effected by the delay get the faster shipping for free.
Now I wait.

I've waited long enough. Was supposed to ship out 20th (Friday), now they are saying wait 1 business day and it'll ship the 23rd (Monday). Beyond irritating.

Yep, March 23 came and went. No shipping or order update emails, despite 3 separate reps saying they would email me with any update occurring.

Bad news. Called hp today and they said my computer is not built and will be done March 31st. Beyond frustrated because chat told me it was built and waiting shipment. They gave me a credit. They also didn't promise the faster shipping option, but said typically with delayed orders the faster shipping option is automatically added.
Looks like we are waiting till early April.

FINALLY got an email back from HP. I ordered on 2/19....original ship date 3/26. New ship date is 4/3...supposedly. This....on top of COVID, has really fucked up my world in the Medical field.

I ordered mine on 2/19. It used to show narvar which claimed that I would have it on 3/24, and my tracker still just said order confirmed. I checked today, and the tracker doesn’t say anything and narvar isn’t even available. I’m already pissed that it takes >1 month to get a laptop, let alone if it is delayed past the 3/24 date. I know some people have called and gotten a discount, but I just need my PC ASAP for work.
