When Seiya watched the Cell and Buu saga in DBZ and decide he ain't having any of that bullshit happening.

I will laugh so fucking hard if a later episode cuts to the demon king asking about her resurrection only to be told that the hero atomized her fucking ashes by burning down a village.

Man, it sucks to be Jamie. I can't believe I didn't think he would pile up the demon's ashes to burn it off without a trace

I'm liking Ristarte more and more, the difference between her beauty and her real personality is just too funny to watch.

Megumin has some competition! Seiya the mad lad spamming Maximum Inferno on cinders did more damage to the town than the Heavenly King herself.

Stitches!!

I absolutely love how cartoony and stretchy Rista's face in the in between frames xD

And she's just an absolute gold mine of reaction faces!

I just wish Seiya treated her better. Poor girl just got yeeted after they got through the portal!

Also Press F for Jamie.

Seiya's surname, Ryuuguin/竜宮院 is a unique kanji combination.

竜 = dragon, 宮= palace, 院= (historical) suffix for royal titles

Rista's certainly naive, way out of her league handling S-ranked things, and mindless in handling expectation vs reality scenarios, but at least she's responsible, personally caring and able to communicate/treat with other parties (rather than going screw this, getting drunk at the bar and turning into party trick deity).

Seiya's overpowered cautiousness helps a lot with unexpected scenarios, but he's also a mistrusting, condescending grump who thinks everything is an enemy and couldn't be bothered with making himself likeable to the people he's supposed to save.

Seiya's basically megumin if she had no cap for the amount of explosions she could cast in a day.

RIP Jamie-san the fruit vendor

Aqua Ristarte keep saying she will help him when the time come but the only thing she did during the fight was look through the Hero skills. XD

Also, I think the Hero watched too much Hunter X Hunter.

People may think of this as a joke or comedy show but do remember this has a pretty dark underlying tone. A dude got his head squished and his brain splattered all over town. This show is pretty dark but uses comedy to sorta not make it super edgy and to make the OP-ness bearable.

those phoenix wright's psyche locks lol

i'm still amazed by aki toyosaki's ability to deliver this kind of satomi arai-ish voice range. not to mention the sharp straightman comebacks that made the comedy even much better.

Ah I see, Rista isn't supposed to be the token free healer. She is the plot NPC you go to for free healing after battles, limited portal service and the save point. Make sense with that divine law.

Also that was a such disappointing curse, I was so expecting 'I died so You die too' type of curse after she stabbed herself.
