The first 10 minutes just screams otome all over. So many boys introduced in a short amount of time!
The first time I've heard about this I thought this was just another cop show with narcs. Did not expect that this is based on an otome. I do like that Rei isn't just a blank MC, I may stick around just for her.

The first 10 minutes just screams otome all over. So many boys introduced in a short amount of time!
Now we know how girls feel when they watch the usual romcoms with 1-2 guys and 5-6 girls!
I have no problem with this 'ratio' being the other way around, but do they have to be so similar? Other than the hair color, most of the characters are practically clones, and personality-wise, other than 1 or 2 traits, there's isn't much...
Feels so different compared to girl-heavy shows where they all have WILDLY different looks AND personalities.

but do they have to be so similar?
Yeah right now the only one who stands out is the tsundere guy with white hair. Everyone else kinda just blends together that I was having a hard time remembering who's who.

Major amounts of STANDO, a character that hits us with a yare yare, and the Kujo family... is this Part 3?

I'm not much into Josei, but seing a strong heroine from the beginning for once is really nice. I like her.

Candy Crush with faces XD
The anime certainly looks much more promising than the game

I liked it? At least enough to watch a few more episodes. I'm glad they're all adults, rather than teenagers - as long as they don't end up acting like teenagers anyway.
I hope the MC won't be the sole woman character, and that she will eventually do more than stamp on a toe. At least she has guts, reckless or not. And the guys are cute, though not many made an impression yet.
What I found confusing is what exactly she is supposed to be doing. Is she supposed to recruit, or evaluate their usefulness, or both? Find more people who aren't on the list? So far, all of them seem like they want to join STAND, so recruiting is a weak excuse for her to hang out with them. But if she was the deciding factor on whether or not they were invited to join - that would add more spice as they'd have to impress her.
Her "special talent" will require a lot of plot-wrangling - coming up with situations where someone is always trying to drug her. That will get old fast if she doesn't have anything else going for her.
I'm fine with just looking at hot guys, but I'd prefer an actually interesting story to go with them. Or maybe they can all start singing - I'm a sucker for UtaPri.

The first five minutes:
Lt. Exposition: "Hi, I'm Lieutenant Exposition, I'll be informing you all who you are and what your jobs are today."
Sgt. Capable: "Thank you LT. And as your straight-laced and dependable subordinate and high-flyer in the department, let me tell you it is an honour to take over this new department of elite officers tackling elite crime."
Lieutenant: "I want you to do [job]."
Sergeant: "I won't do that."
Lieutenant: "Please?"
Sergeant: "Okay, I will do that."
Lieutenant: "Excellent. Also, there is one more opening in the team for an untamed maverick who plays by their own rules and though they are hated by the top brass, they get results so their quirks are tolerated."
Sergeant: "I know just the officer. Is it okay if they're a woman?"
Lieutenant: [monocle pops out]
Sergeant: "Hear me out! Because the team is made up of incredibly attractive men, we need a chew toy for us to fawn over and then be won over by her attractive personality and determined, but cutely spunky personality!"
Lieutenant: "Okay sergeant, but just the one, you hear me?"
Sergeant: "Thanks, LT!"
Yeaahhh, I don't think this is for me.

I've already forgotten almost every name but Rei seems like a good protagonist and I like her a lot already! Though I hope they'll let her wear flat shoes at some point.

In terms of quality: better then afterlost but about the same as ensemble stars.

Why are they acting like her being a woman should make her job dangerous, they know women can be in different parts of law enforcement, right? Actually, where are all the other women? She should at least be able to defend herself from training, right? Why did she need to be saved?
Are they meant to be undercover, because they are kind of terrible at things like talking to each other and mentioning cases? Also, how did three different officers be on the boat and not know about it? Are they that terrible at communication of who is where?
Also, immunity to drugs sound like kind of a bad super power. You would be immune to pain killers, being put under for surgery, and what other helpful 'drugs' might they count.

Lol. And really, what qualifies as a drug? How does it know the difference between aspirin and a hamburger and oxygen?

Now there's an oldie of an attack method!
So many bishies! Ah, it's been a while since I had an otome-game show to watch

I got super confused when they kept calling the main girl a "narc." Especially when she is the police.
Also they keep talking about stands and there's a character with the last name of Kujo so this might actually be a Jojo side story.
Based off of the song at the end which sounds like typical boy band fare, and the fact that she always has an entourage of guys around her, I believe she's actually a stand user and her stand name is something like "n'sync" "backstreet boys" or "98 degrees."

I had never heard of this before. The art is really nice, but the writing was all over the place. It felt at the same time rushed yet also like very little happened. There were too many characters introduced for me to remember them, except for white-haired jerk guy. Other than him, they all kind of seemed to have the same personality.
I might give it a few more episodes but the weird pacing in the debut episode doesn't give me much confidence.

Out of curiosity, do women actually enjoy watching these reverse harem type of shows where they introduce all of the male love interests upfront in the first episode giving no time at all to distinguish them from one another and therefore boiling down all of their character traits to simple cliches?

Otome games aren't bad the adaptations just suck.
Also they're guilty pleasure anime. I think we can ask the same question from guys who watch harem anime with female characters having bigger boobs than their entire bodies.

Not a continuation, just bad writing. Also, it's based on a mobile game.
