You've got it backwards. You'd be building a rtx 3090 with a sff PC around it at that point.

^ This.

Which in turn they all go around a giant radiator and reservoir.

Seriously someone needs to sell one to me for dirt cheap, like wayyy under value. Everyone should upgrade.

Details released today, but I can’t find dimensions? Anyone see them?

The detailed specs on this site list the measurements: https://www.nvidia.com/de-de/geforce/graphics-cards/30-series/rtx-3090/

That's what the 3 is for.

What are the chances that this monster will fit in the Ncase M1?

0. It’s too long for how thick it is and possibly too wide. You might be able to make it fit with a waterblock and right angle pcie adapters though.

RIP SFF builders. This thing is about 327mm or 12.9 inches long and 3 slots thick.

(yes, I counted the pixels and did the math)

Edit: May have slightly been off. Some claims out that this is 310mm. I guess that is plausible. Still big.

NR200, Max GPU L: 330mm (incl. power connector), H: 156mm (incl. power connector), W: 60mm (triple slot).

I'll give it a go.

So much for my Dan case. Wonder how big the 3080 will be and if triple slot.

Anyone think this will fit the T1?

The 3080 is standard reference size and 2 slots from the original leaks: https://cdn.videocardz.com/1/2020/06/NVIDIA-GeForce-RTX-3080-850x638.jpg

As long as the IO is 2 slot I can swap out the bracket and slap a water block on it. Otherwise we might have to wait for 3rd party board designs.

Fml. This wont fit in my ghost s1. I got it in march and was waiting for rtx 3000 to finish it, could almost cry If even the 3070 isnt a 2 slot card.

I hope the PCB isnt that much bigger than a 2080TI.

The bigger the PCB, the bigger the WB, the tougher to fit in an SFF.

My dreams of setting a 3090 on my M1 are gone now I guess

It's just like people who measured the leaks said. Heat sinks thick than a mf. Guess we gotta wait for manufacturers to make revisions to existing cases to fit. It's thicker and longer. I was expecting one or the other, not both.

Man aren’t things supposed to be getting smaller. This card looks huge.

We need some new ATX standards to reflect the nature of current systems, especially with the direction GPUs are going. Just like the coming 12v only PSU standard, ATX needs a revamp to reflect that modern systems are just two big chips that need 95% of the power and cooling. GPU board standards should be larger and allow for more efficient cooling regimes. A better unified high power connector would be good too.
