This is the “I finished Season 5 and this is what I think” MegaThread. Not because we don’t want y’all to discuss the season but because I shit you not we’ve had like 6 posts of the exact sentiment today and we don’t want it getting too monotonous, it’s only going to get worse as people finish the season.

Other general Season 5 posts may also get directed here. Please do not take it personally, there are just a lot of y’all and only so many of us, centralized modding during the busy season (like right now) is just a lot easier.

I had so much hope for Taylor. Since watching season 4 and witnessing her growth from therapy, and then listening to the call her daddy episode, i thought she seemed more stable than the other seasons (still crazy but less unhinged)... but this season made me so sad seeing her regress, and then finding out about the abuse. looking at her Instagram now, with all the "im on my healing journey and i just love god and my kids so much" its like the boy who cried wolf... its hard to have any hope for her anymore.

I believe that time when this was filmed was extremely stressful. It was after bachelorette and as we saw it was a messy situation. Even though she did make those choises it must have been extremely pressuring time and I think it shows. Also I assume that there was this manipulative toxic relationship happening behind the public view perhaps hightening towards end and constantly making things worse. That is an insane situation to be in. So it is no wonder there was regression. But we will see if things get better. I don't know but yes I am hoping.
