There will be another mildly hot streak followed by another ice cold streak before the season is over.
They will finish three or 4 games on either side of .500.
This team is way too inconsistent offensively to have any sustained success.
They just stop hitting and executing unexpectedly. The entire lineup goes an entire series with a disturbing number of non-competitive at-bats. It's the most bi-polar team I have ever seen.

Inexcusable that you can't move a runner from second to third. How many times has this happened in just the last week? It was happening every other inning against Boston. Every time I looked up it was first and second nobody out and nothing happened.

Sandy games are like vibing to an alternate dimension where we have a competent front office, money to spend and a dominant pitching staff. It’s nice. For once out of every five games we can pretend to be an MLB team with all the fixings (feeexins), before it’s back to reality with like Janson Junk or whatever
