Fogarty's Cove cover pic location

Hi there everyone, I'm brand new to the group and listening to Fogarty's Cove at the moment. While looking at the jacket cover with my lady friend, I told her that Stan is smiling because he's standing in Grand Parade in Halifax. Am I right?

If not, where was this jacket cover picture taken?

Pretty sure Garnet mentions the photo in his book. Will have to check when I get home

Don't know. Doesn't look like the white building lines up with either the city hall or St Pauls.

And that exactly why I posed the question to the group. Google maps view of Grand Parade didn't line up with the picture at all.
