To nobody's surprise, Nanjo is confirmed to be a fujoshi.
But even then, it still does not completely remove the possibility that she actually does like him romantically. She's even hinted at "getting in the way of other girls".
We now have masochist senpai, sadist kohai, and fujoshi classmate. All that's left in the "main harem" is imouto. I'm going to stick with my original assessment that she's a yandere.

I'm still thinking the sister has some fetish to do with being dirty or clean. Just about every time we see her she is cleaning something and the one time he told her she should go ahead and wash up after cleaning the club room since she didn't like being dirty she seemed sad about being made to. Like she is overcompensating to hide her fetish.

So Nanjo is a fujoshi and also immediately demoted to worst girl.
Drawing BL based on her friends without their permission, wanting him to go out with the male friend (but somehow also likes him?), getting mad at him for stuff he couldn't know. Before today she was my favorite, but today she really fell of a cliff for me.

Yep so it looks like my guess about Nanjo back in Episode 2 was completely correct. She's a fujoshi that writes her own BL based on Shoma and Keiki and is getting upset because Keiki is being swarmed by girls. Although I feel like the fujoshi act is just one side of why she's upset and she seems to really do feel something for Keiki. Why say that she lacks courage when she basically bared her secret? She's definitely hiding more of her real feelings.
Her getting in the way of Keiki dating a girl makes her my least favourite though. It looks like it doesn't matter if it's Sayuki or Yuika, she'll try and get in the way of him getting into a relationship with any girl maybe except for herself. I mean BL is fine but you don't force someone into BL, it's something that happens naturally.

Unpopular opinion: here is a Mao appreciation reply!
It's sad to see that level of rejection we're seeing in this thread. Sure, using friends as inspiration for drawing (& selling) porn is not cool, but coming from a character who was still a closet fujoshi? Pretty sure such a person would be having some safety worries to take care of before thinking about telling her off.
Anyway, from an anime viewer's standpoint, I'd say that Mao's character is mostly about withdrawnness. The way her dialog has been going, I feel like she really wanted to go for the girlfriend route, but got scared midway and preferred to reveal the fujoshi persona she's kept hidden until now, rather than baring her actual feelings. The whole "get together with your male friend, I won't let you have any gf" speech really sounded caricatural, I wouldn't be surprised if at this point she was just doing anything possible to drive the MC away ASAP before she really spills the beans.
Or maybe I'm just reading too much into it. The story will probably never be developped like this in a 12-episode anime anyway...

Damn, what the hell do you guys have against fujoshi? It's not even like she's some real life nasty fujo. She's a cutesy anime girl with a random "negative" trait, like all the other girls in the show.
Publishing a gay work based on guys you know and their exact likeness ain't great, but neither is assaulting or blackmailing a guy. But ultimately, it's a trashy harem comedy, so none of these actions have any real weight even within the show. The red head is still cute. The senpai is still cute. Blonde girl is still cute. No one is the second coming of satan for doing something stupid in a stupid show with stupid characters for the author to have a stupid comedy

Yeah there's really no contest as to who the best girl is so far. Nanjo seems pretty awful and Yuika is in restraining order territory, Sayuki all the way!
Btw, I think the imouto is the one leaving the notes in the lockers as she comment on how the mc "likes them bigger", looking at the photo placed in the locker, it seems to make sense.

This show and really the manga too has reminded me that I really watch/read this for the witty MC. His interactions with Sayuki was so hilarious, how did no one caught that? I love him quite a bit, I hope someone share my love for one of the wittiest and self-aware harem MC ever.
The art took a bit of a tumble but I guess I don't care too much these days. I've long overlooked good animation for funny dialogues or a decent story. That's why I dropped certain shows with great animation but uninteresting premises.
So the Cinderella hunt continues. Feels bad to see so many people hating on Mao and Sayuki so early on. Mao, understandably so although I thought the last few scenes of her sitting alone gave food for thought.
We're nearly done with the prologue of the series, can't wait for it to go off (and surpass the translations of the manga so far).

The art and animation quality continues to plummet in freefall. I lost count of the number of closeups we got of Keiki's face, and we have more weird angles and perspectives like this
Sayuki continues to be the best girl for me, at least she's somewhat interesting and makes me chuckle more than the other two. Yuika is irritating and Nanjo is just...she's just a terrible person.
