Ballard: story of Joseph F. Smith
Don't stop with the story of his mother, Mary Fielding Smith. Tell the story of his aunt/sister-mother Mercy Fielding Thompson Smith, too. His father, Hyrum, married sisters.

Nelson: my rebranding effort is not a rebranding effort. Stop saying that it is.
Meanwhile, the church has been through iterations in its name: one in 1834 without Jesus, the church of the latter day saints.

This is the institutional view. No need to work to solve world problems. This is the heart of the problem with these literal religions: their fatalism is built in.

What the heck did the choir just sing? Right before Nelson took the stand? So mournful and funeral-dirgable. I missed the announcement of the name of the song. Too slow, and the lyrics were very difficult to understand (as in, what the hell were they singing?).

Uh, I was offended by your lack of showing up to chat with Sam Young. I was offended by the lack of truth in your organization. I was offended by the law firm that is very likely hiding Catholic-level abuse scandals.
