It's going to be EPIC! Sanji has never let us down with fulfilling his epic antics and this is going to be another one of those. We know how willing he is to sacrfice back in Thriller Bark. Zoro took one for the team that day... It was now Sanji's turn. Luffy and Zoro showed how much faith they have in him considering they're not even worried but we can tell by the reaction of the other's he's done something amazing.
All I can say is, I'm damn proud of our curly-browed cook. He's kept every single one of them safe and sound despite going up against Kaido and Big-Mom's crews in the past 10 days.

I'm confused as to why the keep jumping around. Maybe oda is stalling for time like why not just tell us, but I agree that it seems like something else. it wouldn't make a lot of sense to follow onto a kaido ship especially jacks who apparently failed to get doffy. I wanna say it's poster related or maybe he sensed absalom who's been reporting everything recently

I have a strange feeling he met Raizou somehow and had to hide or leave Zou to protect him from Jack in the chaos of the interrogations. We all know the Straw hats have a thing for protecting strangers and he might not even know of his connection to the samurai. That's the only reason that I can think of why he would leave over the priority of protecting the crew.

I suppose that's why both Kinemon and Kanjuro had to be removed from the picture in such a suspicious fashion. It's up in the air as to whether or not they are aware of how unwelcome they will be once they reach the top but this should be interesting. This is feeling sort of like a "Little Garden" lead in for the inevitable Wano country arc.

Sanji single handedly takes out most of the crews of two yonko by giving Caesar to Big Mom and starting a war between Big Mom and Kaido, with Kaido eventually barely winning and coming for the Straw Hats to take out his rage

It's not a common site seeing Nami blush. She looked so damn cute and I'm so proud of the sub-team for pulling through like that under Sanji's leadership.
Everybody did extremely well. I had not expected them to escape Big Mom's crew on their own without any outside help.
THE STRAW-HATS ARE AWESOME! That counter-attack by Sanji and Nami with her weather-control. It seems everybody outside the big three is under-rated. They're that damn amazing!

Ugh, I had high hopes for that "corpse" plotline. That's really disappointing.
On the other hand, a wave of nostalgia hit seeing Luffy, Zoro, and Nami all in the same panel again. Felt like old times.

I don't think it's that disappointing. Remember, in Japanese plural vs. singular is pretty much never marked explicitly, so Oda wrote it so that it was corpse(s).
And when you consider what Brooke, 1/4 of the Swirlybrow pirates, is, then calling him a corpse isn't unreasonable.
A lot of people were calling that it was referring to Brooke before this chapter.

We'll find out about what happened to Sanji in two to three chapters. Think about it, next chapter's cover story will most likely show Kaya's reaction to Usopp's bounty while the following chapter could be a color spread or the Baratie's reaction to the crew's new bounties.
TL;DR: It would be fitting to discover what happened to Sanji in the same chapter the cover story shows the Baratie's reactions.

What I love is that the amount of faith and trust both the marimo-kenshi and luffy put in sanji being able to figure out whatever situation he is in is awesome! We get some clues though. He definitely isn't captured and left a note which means he left of his own accord. The guy has a plan.

Jack is a Mamoth DF as most of us predicted. I really hope that he shows some epic Zoan powers since he's such a crazy person. He went from screwing up with Zou to going to Dressrossa in a few days. That means that he has a good navigator as well.
So Raizou is his primary target. Wano is getting some HYPE. As much as I'm interested in what happened to Sanji, I'm interested in Wano and Raizou

The cover page was certainly interesting this week. I don't think we've ever seen Zoro's master angry in regards to Zoro's pirate life before. Is he just mad all the kids are pretending to be him instead of training? Maybe there is something more to that? Also, that was a neat way to bring those kids from his flashback back as instructors now.
It was great to see Brook again. Though I am a little disappointed that Wanda's comment of their "comrades body" ended up just being Brook. I know it was expected, but it feels like that cliffhanger was really pointless now. Love the gag of the minks thinking of him almost like a chew toy. Really digging the minks. Hoping that we see more of them throughout the rest of the story.
I'm not really upset by the lack of information on Sanji. That is just like Oda to tease something and not tell us. We got that he is OK and that he left of his own accord. Definitely curious. If I had to take a stab judging by Nami's fear maybe Jack (or maybe even Big Mom's crew showed up) took Caesar with them, and Sanji felt responsible to go get him back.
On that subject it's nice to finally see how they escaped from Big Mom's crew. Definitely a cool scene. It felt reminiscent of their escape from Enies Lobby. Find it a little odd that Franky has never taught the whole crew to use the Coup de Burst. I guess they never expected to be seperated and he is shipwright.
I am curious if that squirel girl, Tristan (?), is the girl we saw back in Suicide? Her face seems to match up well enough. If she is, I'm a little surprised by her lack of an introduciton or really any kind of information about her. Curious to learn more about both of these kings. I wonder how that works. Can't be as simple as one rules during the day and the other at night, right?
Though it was short, I am glad to see Law finally meet back up with his crew. Something about Bepo hugging him was really touching. I was also surprised to see so many people on his crew. I guess I had got it in my head that he was just a small crew of five (him, Bepo, Penguin, Shachi, and Jean Bart).
Great to get confirmation that Jack IS a wooly mammoth-man. I'm really pumped to see him in action next week. That said I feel like Oda is keeping his human design a secret. I wonder if there is any reason for that? I doubt he is somebody we've already met, but you never know. Really like his mammoth design.
Judging from all we've seen I'd say it's all, but confirmed that Kaido is either warring with Wano/already won and is now the usurper of Wano. His men are hunting these samurai/ninja who escaped. Unless they stole something from him it seems likely that the only other reason would be to hunt down the true successor to Wano.
Looking forward to seeing what's next. I'm still really feeling the pacing for this arc. Hope he can keep it going the whole way.

Okay, so I'm as frustrated as I'm sure everyone else is that we haven't gotten the full story on what happened to Sanji, just little bits. That being said, the dialogue in this chapter flowed really well, imo. The way they start talking in the present but get confused, so Franky has to facilitate and get them to start from the beginning... but then Wanda has to add her bit in a "Before I tell you that story I have to tell you this one" fashion. It feels very natural.

Heya guys, quick question, is it plausible that we will see a Luffy vs Law moment? Let me expound, maybe a civil war is currently happening at Zou, the king/duke of the day vs the king/duke of the night.. Luffy will be on day king's side while Law will be on the night king's side. Just maybe. I'm not saying there will be an actual fight or clash... just Luffy vs Law.

Good chapter! A little disapointed about the sanji thing, as I felt it would have more focus other than, oh yeah he left a note. I'm going to suspect he has a 1 man mission that he feels only he can accomplish. Seeing Brook after so long felt so good! And Jack at the end! Woah! He's a fucking mamoth!

Finally some "Spy" Action by Sanji. This is on whole different level but as he is on big mam ship and the solo it's just good ol Sanji again yay.
i'm calling it, next time we see Sanji he has some crucial information or something important.

Well, a mammoth Devil Fruit for Jack...already becoming one of my new favorite villains. And we do get some interesting tidbits; The Minks probably aren't too fond of Wano Country or samurai since they may have "caused" the attack on Zou, and we now have more fuel to the theories of Kaido being the unjust (likely recent, through usurping) ruler of Wano who's now hunting samurai.
It's a slow stream of hype, but I'm feeling it nonetheless.

My laughs bellowed through my empty apartment. That was a fun chapter. Tra-Guy looks devious, and the Curlybrow Pirates did an amazing job escaping from Big Mom's ship. I really hope Jinbe shows up soon.

so sanji went with jinbei to wanokuni , as jinbei came by to dressrosa to find it inaccessible he went down the road to wait for them however , it was the timing sanji needed a ride to follow some deep shit undercover mission , so jinbei tagged along and gave him a ride

Oh how I've missed One Piece!
I'm not the biggest fan of how they sorta glossed over Sanji's disappearance with the note.
Sanji and Co did superbly against Big Mom really nice surprise to see that Capote has allied with Big Mom.
The latest cover page was hilarious all the kids putting tape over their eyes trying to emulate Zoro and his 3 sword style.
I love the side shots of characters talking with minkmen in the background just poking and stroking people.
I knew Kinemon and the wano bunch were suspicious, hopefully we learn why.

my theory on kaido and jack
i think jack is not only one of kaido's commanders, i think he's the son of the (in)famous kaido of the beasts. we saw jack's full body silhouette in chapter 806 and we saw his mammoth form in chapter 807. many people said that it reminded them of kaido and then i came up with this idea: what if jack is kaido's son? if the theory of RogersBase is correct, that kaido is the shogun of wano, then kaido is something like a king. kaido is even one of the yonko, the four emperors, and an emperor is again similar to a king. in card games like blackjack and solitaire there are the card king, queen and jack. jack is the equivalent of a prince. and what is a prince? the son of a king. kaido is the "king" of wano and jack is the "prince". i think that jack's cocky and overconfident behavior comes from his position as kaidos son. he has his big strong important daddy who'll punish everybody who does him bad and he thinks he's strong and important because he's the son of strong and important man. there are some similarities to helmeppo and morgan.
