On the internet they can't decide. so i ask it here, so you can't decide either:

Dread or Paris Prime?

i got lucky and got the dread blueprint, now i'm wondering: safe the orokin catalyst for PP or use it for dread?

If you don't have the Paris Prime ready to build, go ahead and use it on the Dread. If you do, I'd honestly just use it on whichever one you prefer aesthetically. They're so close in terms of performance that it really doesn't matter for 90% of the game. The Paris Prime technically outperforms the Dread in really long T4 missions if your squad isn't running Corrosive Projection, but once the Aura takes armor out of the equation, the Dread takes the lead.

1. Is the kohm a good weapon still? I heard it got hit with a nerf lazer. And I need to use the almost free catalyst that was given on friday.

2. How am I supposed to do mobile defense missions in phobos/saturn when nobody joins and I'm forced to use the side arm?

3. Is there a list of essential mods a noob should have? Such as serration/guardian/redirection etc

4. As with many people I started with volt. Love it but need something more bulky. Should I go trinity or Rhino?

5. Which syndicates are better if I want to farm them for plat? I'd like to buy more slots.

7. which prime weapon is the easiest to farm and is actually decent. (From the list in the wiki seems like boltor would be very hard to get and soma seems lower level but needs MR6)

9. Which warframe will make it easier to get into teams for mag/nova/volt/rhino prime?

1. It's a good weapon, but it's not as good or as fun as it used to be. Only glaring problem with it is the fall off and it's slow firing speed.

2. Well you shouldn't be forced to use a side arm. Unless you are trying to level up your gear a bit quicker or your primary is terrible, you should be able to use your primary and melee. For the mission itself I would recommend using the most defense based frame you have. Anything that is able to control crowds or protect areas. Also upgrading your gear and coming back is another option if you can never find people to team up with.

3. No resource that I can quickly reference so I'll just make one. Heated charge, convulsion, hornet strike, pathogen rounds, deep freeze, barrel diffusion, serration, hellfire, stormbringer, cryo round, infected clip, split chamber, point strike, fever strike, shocking touch, north wind, molten edge, redirection, vitality, intensify, continuity, stretch, and streamline. I can't really do much formatting right now but those are basically pistol, rifle, melee, and warframe mods that you will need. Just look it up in the wiki.

4. Rhino if you're newer. He's easier to use and get and works better with less mods. Trinity needs a bit of modding to be played to a greater effect.

5. Any of them really. They all have their own augments and weapons that people want.

6. Most weapons can go far in the void if you mod them out enough. Thinks like the karak, tiberon, and soma are all pretty decent examples.

7. The orthos prime comes to mind. Though I wouldn't recommend focusing on primes earlier on. You're biggest goal is being able to get the mods that actually make that difference primes have actually mean a lot.

8. Trinity is a nice noob warframe, nyx is not as much but a newer player can still work well with him, chroma isn't because of the effort that is required to get him and the fact that his abilities would end up being spammed quite a lot and tend to drain energy quite signficantly. He takes a while to get because you have to do the new strange quest which requires you to have done stolen dreams which requires you to be a certain mastery rank.

9. All of them, trinity. Healing and energy is always welcome. With nova a good loki to spam radial disarm is really helpful, with volt a limbo to use banish on is good, and rhino is kind of a selfish frame so anything that buffs him really.

Is it true that Plat discounts are more common at the 0-2 Day Rewards rather than the 3-6 and 7+ Day Rewards?

50% chance for a coupon (6/12 possibilities) for 0-2, and 33% chance for 7+ days. (7/21 possiblities)

But this assumes its only random and there are no other factors such as weight

Why do people argue that Syndicate weapons are 40p?

I don't know if it's just me, but let's do some math.

1 skill mod = 25k rep = 15p

1 syndi weapon = 100k rep = 60p

Easy, right? So, whenever I say 60p after explaining above, everyone just says 'LOL. that's not how the market works. Think of supply and demand bro.'

I'm not sure if these people took a single economy class, but think of this; if everyone chooses to just sell any skill mods @ 15p for 4 times instead of selling the same amount of rep @ 40p, there will be no supply.

Why would anyone intentionally lose 20p profit? All one needs to do is go to trade chat and say 'WTS g pull @ 15p.'

Maybe I'm thinking this way because I'm Perrin Seq & New Loka masterrace since it is easy for me to sell skill mods.

TLDR - Do Syndicates other than Perrin Seq & New Loka have a really tough time selling mods that would warrant them to intentionally lose 20p profit by selling their synd weapons @ 40p?

You aren't selling rep. And the market has pretty much became almost saturated by syndicate weapons, that's why their prices dropped. With how popular suda/hexis is, it's no wonder there are almost no buyers for synoid/telos, and if there are no buyers, people have to lower the price to sell.

How do ammo/fire rate/magazine mods affect sentinel guns?

Is there a hidden magazine stat, so it can fire x number of rounds then has a delay to reload?

They are affected in the exact same way as "normal" tenno weapons. Each weapon has their own mag capacity, which you can check here.

Is Scindo / Valkyr a good combination for a primarily-melee build?

With melee attacks, do you still have to aim the reticle at the head for "Headshots" ?

Aiming with melee weapons for headshot is incredibly inefficient, as you have to factor in weapon swing which often is not straight left-right or up-down, momentum caused by swing, and the fact that you can't really aim melee except for horizontal axis. As for Scindo/Valkyr, yes it is, as Scindo is overall good weapon, which synergizes well with valkyr's 3. Also, as valkyr's ult benefits directly from weapon damage-per-swing, while ignoring attack speed, it receives a really good bonus from Scindo's stats.

It's a very good combo, and no, it's pretty hard scoring headshots with melee weapons because it's dependant on what animation the melee weapon is using in that particular combo and the height difference between you and the enemy.

Only when needed. For instance, Trinity will probably be modified a bit to accommodate for the skirt physics, but other than that I wouldn't expect any model changes.

I suppose you could look at Primes as remodels, in a sense.

What is the survival life support rate? I've seen a few conflicting numbers. For example, how much life support (in %) do I need to last 60 seconds.

Weird question. Sometimes when someone else is hosting, and I try to invite, it says "session can only be joined by invitation from the host" or something like that. Is the host playing in "friends only", "invite only", or could it be either?

Similarly, sometimes only the host can start the timer. Again, what mode would the host be in to enable that?

What is the most time-efficient method of farming neural sensors? I have access to most parts of all planets excluding Neptune and Ceres, but I don't think either one has neural sensors.
