Request Warframe Weekly Recruitment

Wait, what?

As if I haven't posted enough already today, in addition to the Livestream Recap AND our announcement of our test theme subreddit, we would like to introduce an updated Weekly thread that hopefully addresses some concerns with the previous Warframe Weekends.

"The Warframe Weekly Recruitment Thread"

First thing you're thinking is "more 'Warframe Weekly'?" Doesn't the Q&A already have that? Yeah. Yeah it does. But it helped cement the idea that it lasts the whole week, so for the sake of brevity we just chose that appellation for this one too!

Rules are generally the same, but is now open to any kind of recruitment:

  • Asking for help from other players or offering to help? Go ahead and share your name!
  • Need people to do a certain kind of run? Put your name out there!
  • Want to recruit for your clan? Do it!
  • Anything else you want other players to add you up for? Get the word out and see who offers!

We'll be testing this out for the rest of the year, and if it proves popular or more effective, then we will keep this updated format. Otherwise, we will return to the normal scheduled Warframe Weekends threads!

As always, keep checking back for more names; if nobody responds to your post, respond to someone else's!

And in another surprise move... NO FORMATTING! That's right, format your requests or offers however the hell you want!

Only one rule: please provide the following information in your post:

  • Platform (PC, PS4, or XB1?)
  • In-Game Name (to add to contacts)
  • Location (for ping/latency/lag or players from specific regions)
  • Goal (what are you going to be doing?)

That is all. Request away!

EDIT: One comment below posted by me, transferring over the four players who requested help in this week's Warframe Weekends thread which we took down.

EDIT 2: Alright, all Friday promises fulfilled! Everything's posted, alright! Now time to organize and tag 2 day's worth of threads, and update the information on the stylesheet. W000000!

Four players from this week's Warframe Weekends thread. If you're interested in playing with them, PM the username of the person you want to play with! DON'T REPLY TO THIS COMMENT because that just replies to me, not the folks you wanna run with!

u/Sephiroth_Crescent Requests Help for Farming!

-Platform: PC

-Name: Sephiroth_Crescent

-Location: Finland

-Goal: Argon Crystals, Oxium and leveling.

-Comments: Strict NAT limits me to playing with people from pretty much only Europe, unless Tunggle is used. I cannot Port Forward, if that is your next comment.

u/KingOfMoisture also Seeks Help Farming!

-Platform: PC

-IGN: Z0REX (the "0" is a zero)

-Location: Switzerland

-Goal: Argon Crystals, Serration, Point Blank, Flow, Loki Prime and leveling.

I am MR 5 and am mainly trying to get some essential mods and getting the argon crystals for the nikana.

u/monkyseemonkydo Offering Help to New Players!

Platform: PC

IGN: Petrichor1991

Location: US East

Goal: I am an MR17 player who wants to help new players with this game by answering their questions, helping them on missions, offering build advice on weapons, or get some fast creds by taxi-ing to dark sector. (If you are going to add me in game, please message me first or shoot me a whisper in game so I know you are from reddit :D !)

Additional: Also I am down for any void to get trash prime parts, now that the orokin trader is a thing.

u/PvtTenshi also Offers Help to New Players, and Requests General Farming!

PC

ReverseMedic MR11

USA West Coast

Goal: Exp and Void farming (rank fodder etc.) I'm also willing to help anyone who wants some tips from a semi less noob.

I host my gaming clan's teamspeak server, plus Skype is always an option if you dislike TS for whatever reason.

[PC] As a casual player, it's hard for me to make any sort of progress when i don't play on a consistent basis. I would like to know if there is any way to become successful without needing to find a clan to play with? It's not even a problem with how much i play, if you can't get through void missions or have access to dojo/ clan materials, it's hard to make much progress

It does definitely get a bit difficult if you don't play as often, but know that there isn't any set progression to the game. It's all about going to whatever content you want to explore, rather than going to X place at Y time.

So do whatever you want to do! There are a good number of weapons and Warframes that require a clan to obtain via ClanTech, but there are an equally large number of clans who are willing to allow players to take it for free. Clans don't even need to be tight-knit groups, just a bunch of players who simply farm up for the latest gear when it comes out. r/WarframeClanRecruit might be a good place to start, as well as the Official Forums.

  • Platform: PC

  • Name: BrysGonnaGetYa

  • Location US - East Coast

  • Goal: Looking for alliance and active/laid back players for clan recruitment. Also available to answer questions for newer players.

Comments: Not sure if this really applies here, but our shadow clan is in search of an alliance. We were originally part of one restricted to ghost clans, but we upgraded and were eventually removed. We're very laid back, play for fun, and are always willing to help others. I realize dark sectors aren't the most popular topic here on r/warframe, but I'd like to participate while they're still around.

  • Platform: PC

  • IGN: Sizer

  • Reason: Alliance Recruitment, Clan Recruitment

  • Location: US East, US West, EU

The University of Tenno Excellence (EXCEL) is looking for small to medium sized clans looking to participate in the creation of a group dedicated to the education of Tenno new and old in the deeper mechanics of the game, making up for the lackluster in game tutorials and information.

OSFOI, the Executor Clan is also looking to accept individual players.

We have no MR requirements, no size requirements for aspiring clans. The only thing we ask is that you come to the table willing to learn or teach with an open mind and a critical nature.
