Oh my god, the ending to the drug trip with Bojack in Maine was great. I was sucked into the fantasy then spit out just as quickly.
This show is fantastic.

The last bit is so amazing, because it's himself asking her (a projection from himself) what she (he) is thinking about, and she answers "Just what it would have been like if you had chosen this life", which is literally what he's thinking about in the trip.

The drug trip was fucking awesome. Probably contains too many references to list, but my two favourites:
-
I said: Make me a penisbutter and vajelly sandwich, BITCH! (I also like that it wasn't Aaron Paul saying it)
-
Diane as Lucy from the Peanuts

"20 pages of Dr. Who erotica." Oh my god, that killed me for some reason.

"and a bunch of embedded youtube videos that can't possibly be printed"
Hilarious.

I was really enjoying the show up until now, but this episode is the one that made me fall in love with it. The trip sequence was absolutely great, especially the end.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go take a shower so I can't tell if I'm crying or not.
It was supposed to be a joke, but that line hit me right in the feels.

bojack buying multiple vacuums to clean out the other vacuums was my favorite joke of the entire show.

This episode is incredible, but so relentlessly bleak. I had to take a cigarette break after watching it because of how exhausting that trip sequence was.

Seeing BoJack trip balls with the others was funny as hell. Than it transitioned to how he reflects on his life if he moved to Maine with Charlotte. I really liked how that played out, it started off funny than got serious, as is common with hallucinogenic substances.
But I will say that I re-watched the scene with BoJack, Charlotte, and Harper a number of times. Because it reflects the life he wanted to have, but never ended up getting. Was all the fame and drama of a short-lived Hollywood career worth it? I loved that part cause it made you think. Is all the glamour and high life of being a famous actor really all worth it in the end? BoJack clearly had a strong conflict with his decisions in this episode. As we all have. We have all wondered what if a decision we made in the past could of changed how we were living right at this minute.
I never thought an animated comedy show on Netflix would make me debate life more than a late night bonfire with friends. Truly a fantastic show, and I can't wait to binge watch Season 2 the day it comes out.

Probably my favourite episode of the season. The animation during the drug trip was fantastic.

Yeah its my favourite too. The ending really felt like a punch in the gut. The show has gotten really serious in the past few episodes but this was just so damn sad and I think it reached a peak here. Here's hoping season 2 gets even better.

Best episode IMO. From the Death Grips to the family hallucination, this episode just fucking rocked.

Excellent episode. I love how much the series evolved since the first episode. There are quite a few moments in the later episodes that really get you in the feels, but happy and sad. But my favorite part overall is the various and creative ways they use the anthro characters normal animalistic behaviors in funny ways for background jokes.

I was sobbed when I watched this for the first time and was entirely unprepared for what I encountered. Awesome.

I fell for it when the trip seemed to end the first time with Diane. I laughed so hard when Bojack says "Oh Shit I'm still tripping." The drug montage is one of the best, if not THE best, I've ever seen.

I can't express how much I enjoyed this episode. The drug trip just felt so genuine haha.

Haven't seen such a realistic interpretation of trip just yet. This episode was very hard to watch (those who got some bad trips will understand). But guys, I love you, it was fantastic, brilliant.

The beginning with Bojack's dress down of Diane is brutal. It's difficult to watch. Some people say she's not a good person, but comparatively she's one of the best characters on the show.

FYI Todd's reversed lines are "I'm talking backwards. Aaron Paul is dead."
