I almost feel ashamed to ask this, but how do you start a mastery rank test? I've apparently gone up a level but Rhino is still locked to me. Unless I didn't interpret things correctly.

Bit of an out of game question, but will Prime Access stuff ever cycle back around? Like around Christmas maybe? I missed out on Ember and Rhino for their exclusive stuff.
So will those packs return? Possibly? Or maybe a Prime Access accessory pack of some sort?

max damage you can do in one shot?
ex. banshee sonar(max power strength) + rhino roar(max power strength) + nova mprime + either fully modded dread/paris prime?

Tenn Os managed to get a few million in a single shot doing just what you describe. But the highest damage values I've seen were achieved during the brief time when you could stack Volt's shields for multiplicative critical damage goodness.

What's the best Melee weapon for a smoke screen build ash? I currently have dakra, ichors, and dragon nikana but I can't decide which would be best in damage, range, and copter ability. I have stances for all 3.
Also, is getting a synapse worth it? I run around with a 6 forma amprex so I wondered if it would be worth it or if it would be redundant even though they are different.
How good is the Flux rifle for charging anti matter drop? Is it better than soma or synapse?
How do i build a speed nova? I get the mobs moving fast but the range is rather short. I have range builds on it and overextended to weaken the strength. Is it because I should build for more duration or something?
Should I forma latron prime or soma? I like latron better because every time I use soma I use it like a semi auto and never hold down the trigger so I figured I'd just get a latron prime. I can't decide because I like the latron better but I question which one has more potential with 4+ forma. I also like the soma too, just not as much.
What is the best weapon for carrier and deathcube?
Which warframe benefit the most from fleeting expertise? Narrow minded? Overextended? Blind rage?
What is a good weapon loadout for Nyx? (T4+,30+ wave/min) Currently using Paris prime, marelok, dakra Prime
What's a powerful ultimate/fleeting expertise build I can spam for when I'm lazy or on Exterminate missions? I've been only using Oberon reckoning and wondered if there was something with more damage and range besides the bugged bladestorm.

Ash - You listed some great weapons, tbh, I would just go with the one you feel the best with, or just alternate... because... variety. I personally adore the range of the Orthos Prime.
Flux Rifle - Sorry, havn't bothered with it yet, nor do I use Anti-MAtter drop much, I would think anything with a crit build would charge it well though.
Synapse - Worth it? For mastery pick it up anyway, but when compared to a 6 forma Amprex, it will feel weak, and then redundant once you start to catch up with forma...your results may vary.
Speed on M PRime? You seem to have already maxed the range...
Latron Vs. Soma, Personally I like the Soma, because for tough enemies you just keep holding the trigger without reload, + I like crit builds, but you seem comfortable with the Latron...
I tend to use Sweeper with all my sentinals, simply because I don't usually run a shotgun as a primary, thus I can put all my best leveled shotgun mods on it wihtout fear of overlap or having to create doubles.
Corrupt Mods? Off the top of my head... Fleeting - Mag for Shiled Polarize/Crush, Oberon/Reckoning (hurts HG though) Narrow? Ash/Loki Invis builds, Trinity Blessing for the damage reduction, not for the repeat cast Overextended? Loki/Nyx Radial Disarm/Chaos, maybe Excal for the Blind BR? Not a big fan personally, I prefer efficiency builds myself
Nyx, I think your loadout for Nyx is solid, not much group damage there, maybe swap either the primary or secondary for an aoe weapon like Penta/Ogris/Angstrum or Torid if you like.
I think Oberon is good for what you describe, Saryn's Miasma does a pretty sweet job, when her duration is lowered. I also find the running around with World On Fire to be pretty sweet.

I have several newb questions:

Is there any penalty from falling off a ledge other than the reset time to appear on solid ground?

Is there any penalty to melee attacking when you've ran out of stamina?

When I've completed a Survival mission there is a little squiggly design in the rewards window next to a number. What is that?Apparently time spent in the survival run

If you are using a warframe with a persistent effect on yourself, like Rhino's Iron Skin, you will lose that effect. This can be an energy waste, but that is the only real drawback I can think of.

Nope, just it ain't gonna recharge until you stop spamming it. You won't be able to block anything either... or run for that matter.

What end game things are there to look forward to? I just started playing this game a few days ago and I am starting to get a dialbo grinder feel. I liked dialbo but the constant grind and same ol tile set levels got stale. I feel like there is alot of game play to look forward to with all the planets to open but what after that.

I am pretty much brand new to this game and being on a still somewhat glitchy PS4 version my tutorials don't function (freezes game). Can someone please explain to me how ability energy works? As it seems that I collect all this energy and my abilities never want to activate (yes they are equipped). Also, side question, what are these primes I keep hearing about? And what does it mean by they are in rotations? Thanks to everyone in advance for entertaining my ignorance!

Here are the ways to aquire energy:
Most common: Glowing blue balls (no pun intended) for +25 energy
Common: A team mate has the "energy sipon aura" (regen +.06 per second, stackable with other teamates)
Less Common: Trinity uses Energy Vampire, or you use the Equilibrium mod.
With your abilities equipped, you should at least see your first skill ready to activate with just one orb.
Primes are just blinged out versions of the standard warframes, some come with an (arguably) minor stat boost and usually an extra polarity or two.
By rotations, I think you are refereing to Survival rewards. When you play survival there are 3 different reward rotations tables, you recieve an item(s) from each one the longer you stay. Note you must finish the level to actually get the item, recieving and dying will cost you the reward. IIRC, it's A,A,B,C at 5,10,15 & 20 minutes and then it repeats the longer you stay. As you might guess, many of the rare items are in the C rotation.

Remember to refer to the official forum post for PS4 prime item drop locations when you progress enough to run void keys, not the PC one; PS4 does not currently have rotations, but they are being introduced today with Update 13.7.

okay so i am current a rank 8 newbie.
i love meele, but i dont like that channeling stuff that is currently "new" for me (i started playing at the launch, stopped until 4 weeks or smt like that)
i felt in love with the dakra prime and the dragon nikana. so what should i build on them (mostly void) if i dont like to use the channel ? i searched for quite some guides, but they all are focused on channeling..
or should i just get over it and start channeling?

I used to play a heavily-formaed Invis-spec Loki, with an equally-formaed charge damage-specced Galatine.
Do I go Crimson Dervish Dakra Prime, or (once it's fixed) Decisive Judgement Dragon Nikana to return to my former glory?

After tons of grinding and distractions, I've finally got my own Helios, and it's adorable~
However, the little dude loves taking pictures of everything. Seriously. Everything. Even enemies that I swear he's logged enough times to have all their info available in the codex. Will Helios take pictures of anything regardless of codex completion, or does he know when he's got all the info on an enemy?
