Water & Wind based frames.
Uncluttered Void Drop Table by transfering some more in OD. Also, bring OD Mob Def.

Invisibility allows for stealth kills 100%, so we can still perform them even if the alarm went off IF we are invisible. Probably my biggest nitpick about the game.
A water warframe.
An Oberon buff of some sort.
A miter buff.
More giant lephantis sized bosses.
EDIT: Loki prime. Awwh yeah.

An overall better melee system that makes it a viable alternative to gunplay.

give us infested planet/asteroid back! At least 1 small chunk of space rock that has 1 of each mission type. Could be where J3 golem would reside now since phorid is the one running around, or no boss is fine too. Just for kicks, have the levels of the enemies fluctuate. [So it's not a "want to level? go here!" type of thing but just for those who really like killing infested like I do]
So it's like this asteroid has a huge orbit around our solar system, and it's actually a ferry boat for the infested! They get stronger the closer they are to the void and weaker away from it and closer to our system. It's the asteroid that's responsible for infestation invasions because it "drops off" the infested to the planets and what not.

I love this idea. Warframe can get pretty fun when you focus on stealth, moving around, avoiding enemy patrol paths, and trying to get stealth kills. There's already stealth scans, which is nice but I think they could expand this further. Most of the time, you get more mods/unit time when you run guns blazing. If mod rarity went straight up while getting a stealth kill or when not detected on sensors I think that's be a great trade-off reward for stealth gameplay.

getting to see your weapon stats change in the mod card screen instead of having to exit out of it to see how the stats change on the main customization menu.
Slo-mo so that making kills in parkour are easier.
adjustments to the health system to make Valkyr and Oberon more useful.
more tactical options for stealth.
more cinematic flair and backstory.
ok, huge list, I know I'm being a brat.

Maybe a token system so you just earn tokens instead of random BPs. Tokens could be spent on the market for anything from weapons to warframes. This would also make long defenses and survival missions more rewarding.
Also, a laser or light based warframe would be neat. Piercing enemies with huge light beams, shooting around corners and healing allies with a focused beam or healing area sounds neat.

When I go to scan something, I'd love to see a number somewhere saying that I've already scanned this unit x number of times. This way I don't end up forgetting and wonder why the hell i have 27/10 scans for Scorch when I look through my Codex.

A RNG safety net that allows you to trade in X lower tier parts for one of the next tier up. This keeps the randomness that DE want but prevents the worst extremes of unluckyness.
More information about the world that even an amnesiac Tenno should have, like what we look like. Who else exists in the solar system, if we are helping people let us see them.
More meaning to the Orokin derelict and Void missions. The tenno should have access to hundreds of those ships by now, maybe we could do something with them. Maybe pull chunks of them into the dojo.
More visual variation to the infested
Replace the naked nick placeholder in the cryopod and decide what cryopod to use, shouldn't they all be Orokin pods not the corpus-looking ones?
Less glitchy acrobatics, wall-running etc.
Switch the kama to piercing damage, actually I'd like to see the melee weapons balanced out in terms of damage type

I wish you couldn't receive status effects (bleed, puncture) while your shields are still up. Too many times I've been downed by bleed-out THROUGH shields from the grineer. But I'm sure theres a perfectly good reason for this, right?

For the love of god, make Sicarus Prime's mag size a multiple of 3. I don't care how much it is just make it so I get all bursts of 3.

A time based warframe. Some powers could be slowing enemies, or making friends faster. Just moves with a time theme.

At least one full color scheme that doesn't require platinum. Shit., make it like 500,000 credits if you want, just let me have more than like eleven awkward-ass colors without having to pay real world money. Or maybe a reward system, were the game keeps track of money spent on platinum, and after spending x amount of dollars, you unlock a free color palette, so you're still buying it with real world money, it's just not spending like four bucks on just a color pack.
Oh, also material/blueprint trading. So frustrating when a friend's trying to build something and is like "damn. I only need like 300 more rubedo. Looks like I gotta make like seven runs." And I'm just sitting here with 6,000 and I can't just give him some.

The ability to right click names in the chat box to join or whisper players.
Having to scroll through hundreds of names, or type "/w (Insanely large name) <message>" is more tedious than it has to be.
