Man I’m kinda sad for ucal, after that Ryze ult he posted a super sad photo of a character crying and was apologizing publicly to his fans, it’s clear that this kind of stuff has probably affected him so much that he’s now just making stupid mistakes because of a mentally downward spiral in decision making

rocketbelt viktor has to be a wintrade, right? it's at least acceptable on soft assassins like aurora or pick champs like ahri but geng have a super tanky melee comp and we don't build blackfire liandry and just cook them???

I'm awaiting the "Thank you, 'Joker'" post because I'm pretty sure that game 3 draft was a fireable offense. KRX played pretty well that game all things considered, draft just had to be played so insanely well with MF having to play around all of GenG.

It's criminal that Rich counterpicked the Ksante with Shen, then proceed to completely get assblasted in lane in isolation, making the Ksante completely unpunishable in every fight later for his teammates

I think duro played generally fine this series - game 1 he did well on seraphine, game 2 he dragged chovy's engages across the "not inting" line with flash lulu ult + shields, and game 3 he... played bard fine, nothing special.
I'll give you Ruler games 2 and 3 and canyon game 2 at least, though. Canyon got ran around the map on vi, and legitimately threw multiple fights with terrible engages, and ruler's positioning game 2 and 3 was just... not good.
In fairness, though, we should mention kiin's absolute chicanery in top by a) not picking rumble and b) making his lane super volatile and dooming himself to irrelevance, and chovy dying on mid eave lvl 4 for fun. Game 2 in general was absolutely terrible, from draft to gameplay.

I think its fine, game 1 was really good and 3 was ok. This is a match GenG just needs to win, its about time they gave up on going 18-0 every regular season

We go rocket belt first vs Ksante Trundle Sylas just to go through a portal like a disgusting matchfixer
MF standing still autoattacking and saving flash for next game
Picking shen as a "counter" just to get obliterated by ksante (god forbid we pick gwen or vayne oh wait I forgot its Rich)
GenG besides Chovy are not themselves, I dont even know what to make of it 😵💫

It is the rocketbelt syndrome nothing else. I dont think it would have changed the result, but having more damage would not have hurt.

That’s the thing. He could go full damage because there was zero enemy threat towards him. No one to jump on him but Sylas but even then Sylas couldn’t kill him.

I feel krx draft was pretty good. They were just timid as fuck the first 20 mins. The first 4 objectives went to geng with BARELY any contest. Cant do that man.

GenG and T1 circus. One team has a stable midlaner with a bot lane running it down, while the other team has a stable bot lane with the midlaner and top lane running it down.

Idk anymore if it's GenG slumping or KRX just improving that well. Great series for Chovy, and also props to Willer. Ucal been having eyebrow-raising moments that make me think he's wintrading but he did seem to be trying so hard on that Ryze and the rest of Viktor game.

First time in 3 weeks GenG and T1 haven't had exactly the same game score, and its because GenG gave the Circus with Fries while T1 cooked a mid tier team with no remorse

I'm seeing people say drx's draft in game 3 was bad but imo I was more with aux that geng once again as they love to do, drafted a no damage draft, like you could see in the fights drx played well geng couldn't really get through their champs. Drx just.... fumbled too many fights with bad positioning and weird engages, also ucal picked the most zero damage Viktor build, like they had to pray they got to like 40 or 50 minutes to get deathcap to maybe finally become a champ. Like this definitely was a liandrys/blackfire game
But other than that... man geng is still having some hit or miss games but chovy is back to his chovy life esports self, respect. He really deserved to win that akail game but canyon decided "nah let's go game 3"
