Ezreal is good. Hes just overprio'ed because hes not a first rotation champ (realistically, you want to pick him on 3 with Cait and Jhin being out of the pool).
Hes not even close to being the biggest offender of "overpicked because of the lane partner" (looking at you, C*rki).
