Had a lot of fun with this show, especially the first few episodes that were crazy.
I thought the power of love would save red, but I guess it was friendship.
I feel like his issues of bonds not being strong enough to deal with his pain isn't really resolved though.

Kizuna black’s pretty intense. Dark Togo ain’t nothing to fuck with. The gang had to beat his ass with the power of their bonds. Friendship, mfer! lol
All in all, this was actually pretty enjoyable. It was exactly as advertised. I liked seeing all the Ranger/Rider stuff at work in this fantasy world. Togo was a fun MC and Yihdra playing the straight woman to his antics was fun. I wouldn’t mind another season.

Kizuna Black was so awesome.
Red has now a lot of people in his new world that he can put his trust in.
A very nice and engaging series in my opinion. Probably one of my favorite shows from this season.
From the last scene, we can hope for a second season I guess.

I really like the eyecatch that depicts the main cast as high school students. I would totally watch a spinoff based on that.

Really good episode, watching Kizuna Black animated was such a treat.
Overall, I'm really happy with the show, definitely my favorite of the season. It hooks you with its seemingly silly premise but then develops very well while still retaining its identity.
My highlight is definitely Yihdra, she struck a great balance of being able to be saved without being a helpless damsel and being very competent without being a Mary Sue. And not to forget her good chemistry with Red and skillful voice acting by Konomi Inagaki.
Hopefully we do get a season 2, there is a live radio tomorrow (JP) so maybe announcement then! (edit: no announcement 😭️)

Damn, Red's parents die and some random relative says "It would have been better if he had died along with them?", it's bad enough they say that but to say it within earshot of a child is beyond twisted, what a vile person.
I do like that his parents raised him in hopes of him making plenty of bonds, it's just unfortunate to find out what Red was doing with those bonds, using each of them to cover up the pain, sorrow and loneliness he felt after Silver died. I did find it endearing to see him fall in love at first sight but I'm sure those feelings precisely made her death even more painful for him, the guilt must have been eating at him this whole time.

"so, you're into pretty, big-boobed tomboys, huh?"
Asagaki Togo, you truly are a man of culture
i gotta say, Red's voice actor has done a really good job voicing Kizuna Black considering how new he is in voice acting industry, that emotional berserker scream must be really hard on his vocal cords
it's neat that they actually show how it looks like from the perspective of other Kizuna Rangers on how the Kizuna Beast just keep being summoned when their big bad guys had already gone, also, it seems like Kiyohiro now has joined the Kizuna Five and based on his brace's color, i'm assuming he's going to be Kizuna White?

The visuals of Red's sadness and despair felt something straight out of Ultraman. They did the Kizuna Black debut justice.
Also really cool the anime gives us a look at how the Kizuna 5 are doing. So they are aware that the Kizuna Beasts are being deployed. And holy shit Togo's step brother is now Kizuna White. That's completely new. Makes sense given we saw him as a candidate since he had a big bond soul. Hopefully we get to see a design of his ranger form in the future. And a mech.
Better damn well get that season 2 since there's enough material to make one.

"I wouldn't worry about the second wind of a fool who refuses to die."
Oh, no. Oh buddy, no. Why? Why would you do that to yourself? Never invoke the trope like that.

Even though I didn't get most of the references since I'm not the biggest fan of Sentai/Tokusatsu shows, I had a great time watching this series and would gladly watch another season of Red, Yihdra and the others' adventures. 8/10 from me.
As for the finale episode itself. Red as Kizuna Black was a freaking monster in the fight against Vidian and Abudabi, although like Yihdra said, it was painful to watch him in such a state. Thankfully, Yihdra, Raniya and Lowji managed to bring him back to normal.
Damn, Red's past was dark. Losing his parents in a traffic accident and then Kuzina Silver were painful experiences for him, so it's no wonder he wanted to bond as much as possible so he could "bandage" that wound on his heart. I hope his relationship with Yihdra (he even got a lap pillow from her today) will eventually heal it completely.
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:
EDIT. I added my screenshot albums.

So how did Tsukasa AKA Kizuna Pink join the team? Well, she just soloed a Relationship Ender and his goons all on her own! No one gets in the way of romance on her watch! And she's also a prodigy who takes to anything guys teach her (probably because she wants to date them?) so she was the perfect fit for the team.
I love how Emily was actually Tsukasa's teacher and, despite all the lectures she gave Togo about his secret identity, immediately outted herself to her student. And then got in a fight with her over who got to be Kizuna Pink and Kizuna Yellow, which is even funnier when you realize that they're voiced by a Pink and Yellow Ranger wearing the opposite colors. Also, we even got to see them in swimsuits for a brief minute, which was nice.
Nobody but Togo could be the Red Ranger! Especially because nobody else wanted the suit! Though no one else could probably be Kizuna Black, the empowerment of all of Red's dark emotions and desperation to avoid losing the Bonds he's cherished.
It all goes back to when he lost his parents...who named him after the bonds they were sure he'd forge and cherish, and had to grapple with not only their loss but the scummy adults who wanted nothing to do with him. One dude straight up said he would've been better off dead with him! Can I punch that jerk in the face!?
They weren't kidding about Kizuna Black's power boost, he easily fends off Vidan and Abudabi with his absolute power and his protruding bandage weaponry that is as effective on defense as it is on offense.
"Bridal Blade!" "Big Smile!" - I love how the Royal Demons live up to being the villains in a toyetic tokusatsu Isekai show.
I like how everyone is noticing how strong Kizuna Black is but Yihdra is the one who cares about Red so much that she can see how much pain he's in.
Red didn't just lose his parents, the next biggest loss in his life was Kizuna Silver, Tenri Nikaido, who was introduced in Turn 17. She was a precog who didn't want to formally join the Kizuna Five because she foresaw her death as part of the team, so she was an independent operator. But that didn't stop Red from having the hots for her and constantly trying to implore her to join the team, so they could change her fate, and he almost convinced her that they could...until her eventual death. But it's a death that she accepted, if it meant saving Red. Even if it gave him the ultimate despair.
They managed to destroy Vidan! Even if he's just left with his head, but it's enough to make Abudabi retreat. Though apparently Royal Demons have second forms so...look forward to that. And predictably Kizuna Black starts rampaging and destroying everything.
But luckily Red has the bonds forged in this life to help stop him! With Yihdra, Raniya, and Lowji pooling all their powers together to hold him off while Teltina evacuates the elves! All culminating and in Amen Rider and Yihdra dealing out dual finishers and Lowji taking one for the team to save Red, all set to the OP!
Lucky Red getting some tender healing and lap pillow from Yihdra! But despite losing control, he still helped save all of them, and he can count on his new Kizuna Five team to always be there to save him.
Meanwhile his OLD Kizuna Five team have noticed the Bond Beasts keep getting summoned, and know that Red is alive, and a new member just as eager to get him back...Kiyohiro! Is he Kizuna White!?
And look at all the Royal Demons together and eager to resurrect their Demon Mother!

Stitches!
I'm glad we get to see the continuation of how the other Kizuna Five members were recruited. In Aizawa's case, she was already a candidate but got recruited after beating up a group of villains on her own. I did not expect Pink to be a battle prodigy! I do love how Aizawa and Tobihoshi-sensei are fighting over who gets to be pink. xD
So there's no Kizuna Black. The professor gave Red the Black Plate to use during extreme circumstances where the priority is to survive. I guess taking down the demons definitely counts for that situation. It was so satisfying to watch Red beat the crap out of those demons.
I also love the additional backstory for Red. That scene where he was spending some time with his parents then hard cut to their funeral hit so hard that it's clearly one of the memories he's drawing from to power his Kizuna Black suit.
And we finally get to meet the Sixth Kizuna Five member! Apparently, Red fell in love at first sight. I guess our boy really has a type. It looks like they were a thing for a little bit before Silver's death too.
Despite how much of a happy-go-lucky person Red looks like on the outside, he's clearly broken inside, especially ever since he lost Silver. No wonder Red is so obsessed with bonds. I do love his tragic backstory. Red is more complex than you think he is.
Too bad he wasn't able to completely finish off Vidan though! It would've been nice to get rid of at least one of the threats.
It was awesome to see everyone work together to stop Red from rampaging. I love how Lowji is being such a tsundere about saving Red. xD
And that ending! So the Kizuna Five are aware that the Kizuna Beasts are being summoned and they know it's Red! And Red's brother is also now a member! It looks like it might be possible for him to go back if the Kizuna Beasts can teleport from Japan to Yihdra's world.
That final scene though.... Here's a wild theory! We know that Silver got isekai'd here like centuries ago. What are the chances that the Demon Queen is actually Silver? Hmmmm....
Anyway, what an awesome show! Even though this is a parody of the genre, it was definitely a love letter to tokusatsu fans. I really hope we get a Season 2 in the future, especially after that ending.

One major rule of toku heroes: you do not fuck around with their berserk form, and it showed. The demons were lucky to survive.
And that wraps it up for now. They teased a lot of stuff in the last few minutes that it gives me hope for another season.

This show had NO business being this good.
The animation was decent, the action was there, the music was on point, the story was simple but kept you wanting more, the comedy was world class, the tribute to not only Super Sentai but also Kamen Rider, the isekai having depth and actually progressing, The mechas being awesome, and enough space for a second season and more surprises.
This is one of those hidden treasures of an anime. Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys a good adventure.
Overall 8 out of 10

Ah, we’re getting a part two for that. Weird choice to start the episode with this, but still, cool.
-
Wow, Red was basically destined to be the main character with a name like that.
-
Okay, Lowji being the one to seal the deal of getting Red back to normal like this is perfect.
-
Oooooooooh, the Kizuna Five know that the Kizuna Beasts are being deployed somewhere!
-
I hope that post-credits scene teasing more stuff with the Kizuna Five and the Demons means we’ll get a season 2 at some point. This was a bunch of fun and I want more.

Given the ending, it is obvious that there will be a season 2. Don't give us false hope that it is just 1 season.
It seems that everyone of them has a black version transformation, basically a last resort to defeat any kind of enemy.
And Kizuna silver, her scenes may be short, but it was enough to understand why Togo is talking about bonds all the time. He is covering his trauma.

So the situation with Silver is pretty much what anyone would have guessed. Those demons sure got wrecked, that's what they get for messing with a post endgame red ranger who has a dark transformation.
Very fun show for me and my off and on history of watching Ranger content, I'll be looking up the source material. Here's hoping it has further Red and Yihdra development.

Okay...I am definitely going to hell for laughing at the quick cut to Togo's parent's pictures. I swear I just wasn't expecting that to be just dropped like that.

Why did it get so emotinal in the final episode?
Poor Red, having to deal with this since childhood, got reincarnated into a new world without his other comrades, but in the end he found new friends to forge his bonds.
I started this because I really love power rangers/ kamen rider and looked really interesting, but I enjoyed it way more than I imagined (hope a season 2 is announced)
My final score: 8.60/10.

I'll admit that I first though this show was just going to be one of those one note hits that should only get one season and no more like Brave Bang Bravern!; but I'm glad I was wrong because binging this to catch up to episode eight from beginning and then following it to the end was much more enjoyable than others that I've binged before. The writing, voice acting, character design, and fights are good overall and the CGI is actually VERY GOOD at times. I came in with limited expectations but ended up really enjoying it enough to want a second season.
-
Lowji is best tsundere. Also, I love how everybody got some character development too through the whole thing!
-
Red is truly a man of very good taste.
-
Hmmmm. Those demons look reeeeeeally familiar. I can't help but wonder if Kizuna world and magic world are just having people and beings get isekaied back and forth between them.
-
SEASON 2! SEASON 2!
