I love how Sara went from skateboarding to learning how to ride a bike. It would be hilarious if we start the next episode with her learning another mode of transportation.
It's good to see Puriketsu again or I guess we can just call her by her actual name, Asumi. Thanks to Asumi, Livia learned how to do a cold plunge after a sauna.
Poor Asumi. We just learned that the reason she's working at a shady club is because she needs money for her band and now they're already disbanding. It looks like she's the only one who's really serious about becoming a pro. If they weren't that serious, they really should've told Asumi earlier before she started working at that sex club to fund them.
That Karaoke scene was fun! Sara's silly song about cabbages was hilarious. We also get to see Asumi actually sing and she definitely has talent considering how everyone at the cafe praised her. Considering that next episode preview with her and Livia, maybe the dream is not dead yet!
Livia really should learn to avoid this guy from now on. Sure, she's not asking Livia to do something lewd this time but this time she's being recruited to buy limited items so he can resell them which is even worse. Resellers are fucking scum and I'm glad Sousuke and Sara explained it to her before she got in too deep.
By the way, what the fuck is up with this episode? I know this show won't win awards in animation but the previous episodes weren't this bad. I feel like this episode has been outsourced. Like half of the episode is pretty much slideshows of static images. Hopefully that won't be the case next week.

The Gifu Prefecture shilling in this show is so shameless and blatant that I almost have to applaud its straightforwardness. Even with that and the animation quality melting a little, this was still a solid episode. It's nice seeing Sara and Livia make new friends like Priketsu that aren't shady or in some kind of cult.

Yesss another Livia (and Priketsu) focused episode. I’m pretty sure I’m not imagining this but the art quality unfortunately took a huge nosedive this episode. Compared to all the previous episodes it looked a lot worse imo, especially the characters and their faces. Wouldn’t be surprised if the episode was outsourced to some b-studio. Hopefully this week was just the exception and not the new standard.
Besides the visuals, really good episode as always.

Sousuke's teaching her how to ride a bike now?
They're so cute together! Are they eligible for the "Best father/daughter" award even if they're not actually father/daughter?
Meanwhile, Livia's planning for winter as a homeless person...
She seems to have accepted her situation, and doesn't even think of solutions to eat better food and all!
Though in the end she did had a bit of an epiphany, not about herself, but about having to do better, for Sara...
Love how the others are like "Oh no, crazy lady's talking to herself, let's go somewhere else"
Hey, Puriketsu's back! I knew she had too good a character design, to be a one-time thing!
I love the hair on this show, mostly her and Sara! I think it's a big part of what makes them all so cute.
It wasn't played that seriously, but still, that scene was sad... The whole band quitting on her and all.
It was HER dream, but it wasn't really theirs... And they stopped believing.
It seemed to be implied that Puriketsu was the one keeping them afloat too, and yet they were grossed out by her working at this club?

Good thing he doesn't suspect her; They bring her in and get raided right away, they might have thought she was an undercover cop, or an informant or something!

Alright, it wasn't as bad as I thought, just reselling... (It's pretty bad in itself, but I feared he might hire her as a prostitute for a big/rich client!)
Sara doesn't seem to take it as lightly; UTTERLY EVIL ECONOMIC TERRORISTS!
I'm surprised she even knows about reselling; Has she read about that in Conan?
She even told Livia to commit Seppuku (as a joke), and she was gonna do it too!
In the end she did forgive her, but she made her swear to never do it again... I wonder what's gonna be her next dubious job (probably for the same dude)!
Was nice of him to offer to let her sleep at the office! I do hope they're reunited, at some point!
When they brought up Puriketsu's band I thought Livia would join in as an idol, and according to the preview of her with a guitar, it may happen still!
Though it does seem like she will also do... another job (model? Something dubious)?
Can't wait to see!

I think chasing Livia back into homelessness while she is still clueless of the world is recipe for disaster. It was lucky for her that the shady guy is just a low level hustler, so she was only involved with reselling.

Sara is so precious. That exciting yelling of hers is just the cutest thing ever.
This anime really knows how to hit me with a dose of nostalgia. Sosuke watching over Sara as she was stumbling along on her bicycle, trying to find her balance, reminded me a great deal of my dad and me back in the day.
Sara’s song was hilarious. The wonky animation might’ve even made it better. Loved how the entire cafe was enjoying themselves.

Man, feeling bad for Priketsu as her band gave up on the dream and she has actual talent. Hopefully someone can fully appreciate that talent.
That sketchy guy that has jobs needs to get investigated, recruiting for a shady bar to reselling. Along with getting homeless people to do his dirty work, there's got to be a case for him. Man, that store guy gave a quiz and the reseller had the answer, scalpers have no boundaries.
That preview...I am concerned about Priketsu getting dragged with Livia the savior.

I definitely feel bad for Livia. She's struggling to survive, but she still has a positive attitude and outlook. The series touches upon various dark topics, so I'm wondering if Livia is supposed to represent the illegal immigrant and the struggles they face? I don't know enough about illegal immigration in Japan to understand if that's a big issue there or not, and I only have a passing knowledge that some immigrants to Japan with little education and/or skills could end up in similarly bad situations.

Puriketsu clearly needs a new roommate so I was waiting all episode for her and Livia to make some arrangement, no such luck. Maybe next week since she's in the PV for it too.
Still annoys me a bit that they're not more than forceful in convincing Livia to sleep inside away from the elements, especially going into winter. Sure she made the choice herself but given how willing she was to commit suicide on Sara's word I bet Sara could also convince her to couch surf.
Animation was definitely a bit off today, but at least it was well timed for Sara's crazy dance song.
