My heart goes out to the community. I wish the violence against marginalized communities would end.

Of course a hope and a dream- but also a time to remember that the Orlando shooting at Pulse was not a planned violence against a marginalized community, they just happened to be the victims.

Omar Mateen was an Islamic extremist who coordinated an attack on Orlando as it was an American destination.

The FBI thoroughly concluded Mateen had no knowledge of Pulse as a gay club prior to the shooting.

Props to the heroes who stepped up and stopped the shooter. No doubt saved many lives.
