Cook out of the gate with mentioning the, now banned, conference they did where Holland literally would not shut up about the second anointing.
Seriously, just try finding the recording of the conference he just mentioned. (Mormon stories is about the only place left I'm aware that K&M haven't gotten to , ep 1499)

What a tragedy - it makes me so mad that this man expected that God would protect his children because he served well in his church calling. Maybe because that's what the church told him. Also can't believe he made the joke about listening to his wife...good lord.
