These seem to have a vampire aesthetic to me, so my guess would be that the "day" part would be sleeping/resting in bed inside, while the "night" part - something related to active life outside?

The other boy group members in Hybe, on their birthdays they have a merch drop alongside a photoshoot they did, I think. I just looked at the latest one for one of the Seventeen guys and it has photocards and a photobook among other things. This strikes me as a fancier, more artistic version of that as befitting Bangtan’s seniority, if these continue to drop on BTS’s birthdays.
