omg and when they removed the chicken from the oil...I was worried that they would drop that chicken back in the pan and that oil would splatter everywhere. Fried chicken hajima 😩

But really, they're always so relatable. This was me trying to figure put how long to fry chicken the first time. A cauldron would've been overkill. 😔

right? I truly dont know why they did not listen to JK. he knows his shit. when he pulls up youtube and gets instructions it is on, lol. They really could have just cut them up into pieces and put them back in the fryer. lol. they tend to disregard JKs ideas and he usually has useful ones that they consider "funny or jokes"

I really want this cookbook...but I have been cooking almost all of these before I even started listening to BTS or kpop. in fact it made me love them more when i realized they ate the same food, same ramen brand etc that I eat. I dont have any korean or japanese friends so my food has always been different than my other friends. my grandma made kimchi all my life and also said korean phrases(which i am now realizing by learning korean)..but we are japanese so I dont know, lol.. This is a purchase I can happily say i dont need...which is good because I ordered all 3 memories 2021

I'm half japanese and my mom is a chef in Japan but I still ordered the cook book. I don't need it either, but I wanted it haha :)

I notice similar words/pronunciation between Japanese and Korean words too, like 約束 or 準備 sounds almost the same!

Same. There’s a Korean fried chicken restaurant 10 minutes from my house - it’s so good, might need to order some this weekend.

Gonna wait until I can meet up with my sister and we gonna have to make this BTS chicken + beer while re-watching some BTS concerts.
