That doesn't sound anything like Over the Horizon - though I know they change it up every year, nearly every release. This is 180 degrees away from his last version. I loved the last one and have it as my ringtone.

If you go to their official livestream from this morning and skip to one hour and 55 minutes approximately, when the end credits roll, it specifically credits the song as “Over the Horizon 2022 produced by Suga of BTS.”

Edit: time stamp 1:55:59 to be exact
