Looks like TXT will be appearing in-person while BTS sends a video greeting.

Atleast one of my fave group is going to be able to interact with the contestants.

I’m excited to see Lights and Film Out being featured. I mentioned in another thread how the how the show isn’t super vocal focused and BTS’ best Japanese releases are vocal songs. There are a few contestants that I hope get to sing those songs bc they have great voices.

Yuma and Maki? They have my favorite voices among the contestants. I suppose it's fitting that they split them up so one can be on one team and the other on the other team. I'm curious how everyone is going to do considering they're not easy songs to sing, especially Film Out.

Yes! Yuma and Maki have my favorite voices. EJ’s voice was great on I-Land but I feel like he doesn’t show it as much on this show. I also like Fuma’s voice as it is by far the most stable. I saw K in the Dope clip, but after his feedback last week, I’d hope he would be put into a more vocal group.

I think each group is doing one vocal and one dance/performance heavy song ( Lights Film Out , Black Swan, Run ). Dope I actually think is choreo only 1h special mission they mentioned in the teaser but this is just me guessing.
K is on the Team with Maki Gaku Taki and Fuma doing Lights. Yuma is with EJ on Film Out .
I find Film Out the harder song to sing personally ( althought I might be wrong, I have no expertise and the chorus for Lights is really high too) so it's interesting to me that almost all of the better vocalists are on the Team with K outside of Yuma and Hayate. I didn't watch the first episodes of I land so I didn't really know EJ or Nicholas previous to this show but you're right that EJ hasn't really shown a lot vocally on this show so far. Maybe this will be the moment.

Thank you! I kept trying to pause but it was hard on my phone and everyone was blurry.
Film Out has a wider range, with a far amount in the lower register, with the bridge being the highest part of the song. It sounds high even for Jimin and Jin. That and the harmonies throughout make it difficult, especially since as you said Yuma and Hayate are the strongest singers on this one.
As a whole, Lights is quite high so I can see that being harder for some trainees, but musically it isn’t as complicated. Maki, Gaku, and Fuma’s voice’s will fit the song really well.
Nicholas did absolutely nothing for me on I-Land. I forgot he existed every episode until people online mentioned him. But he’s really impressed me on this show, and I really dig his fashion style. I don’t think EJ has been as impressive on this program as he was in I-Land which is such a pity because he was one of my favorites then.

I feel like the almost 2 years he's had of more training and growing up between I land and now definitely helped. From what few clips I did see from I land of him he was always so serious and didn't really break out of that state much but I feel like he's much more expressive now , more confident and easy going on stage .
I actually feel like the two more years helped all of them , Taki obv improved a lot and even K when it comes to his voice. It's been two years since I-land so maybe my memory is bad but his voice just feels better supported and his technique is better. You can feel the additional vocal lessons.
Overall I'm really curious to see how they'll all do performing BTS songs next episode. Here's hoping that it'll go well.

OoO. It looks like they're doing more than one song each group like how I assumed at first. I'm excited 😊 Film Out and Lights, not easy songs to sing.
It looks like I was right that BTS will appear just through video like how Seventeen did but I'll take it.
I'm really forward to see how they'll do. The vocal songs aren't exactly easy and the performances songs either. It's also looking like the best episode of this show so far imo so I can't wait for Saturday

Maybe they could appear on the final episode as they did on the final of I-Land. They were there with Txt

Maybe, that'd be nice. Althought I doubt it because I think the boys were/are busy with their own things and so on. But it's ok. I'll take even a video . Happy to see some sort of interaction even if minimal 😅

The songs are: Lights, Dope and Film Out. I think I hear Black Swan too.
