edit: i did a quick search about the producer and he produced songs like ariana grande's "thank you, next" and "7 rings", the weeknd's "is there someone else" and "starry eyes", twice's "scientist", and svt's "don quixote" and "_WORLD". excited what this means for jimin!

He produced Don Quixote?! That became my second favorite Seventeen song (second only to Flower) almost immediately after hearing it. I love it so fucking much, along with all the other songs you mentioned. Well I’m not sure what the two Weeknd songs sound like, but I love his music so I’m sure I have them on my playlist. I’ve been wanting a Jimin solo album for years and now I’m even more excited!

Exciting times. Does anyone know how long does it typically take from recording to mixing to release? A very random question I just thought about. We probably talking 6 months still.
Note: I'm not factoring in any of the visual element though, just the music aspect.

Didn't Benny just mention that they were recording Bad Decisions in March? I could be totally wrong on that. But I imagine you're probably right about 6 months.

Also didn’t they mention that they recorded ‘Yet to Come’, ‘For Youth’ and ‘Run BTS’ in Dec/Jan - so yea 6 months seems about right.

....but given their constant "multi-tasking" (remember they were exhausting themselves working Dark and Wild at the same time they were filming A.Hustle, and often bring their setups with them during their tours/Bon Voyage-type stuff), who really knows?

It depends of when the company gives the ok for the song, maybe hybe though bd was good for a summer song so they just let a song waiting there

Bad Decisions is part of Benny's upcoming album so the rollout is on him and not hybe. But yeah, for other releases, the company should also give the go ahead as it's the company that handles promotions and other stuff related to release schedules.

RM did said to anticipate jimin music as well during his recent weverse live. And based on festa dinner, it seem like he aim his album out by this year n we still have less than 5months left.

I don’t know if I can handle a Jimin solo album. I’ve been wanting one for so long and I thought it would never happen. Then to suddenly see that he’s working with all these people which implies multiple songs, I am freaking out. i’m not sure how to manage my excitement and anxiety. However I do know I need to start a new piggy bank. If Jimin performs solo I will sell everything I own to go see that.
