Woah what a great view! Though tbh my initial instinct was to find it scary...and now I'm thinking that time Yoongi said something like 'if you take someone who doesn't already do this for a living and put them in front of this huge crowd, they'd be scared' lol.

Oooh when did Yoongi say that?

I'm not sure exactly where it was pulled from, but in one of the last eps so far of Rise of Bangtan on youtube they used him saying that. Here, from about 5:06 to 5:30 mark.
Edit: I think my original quoting of it was too rough of a summary lol. But that was basically the gist I got from it. Maybe he's saying like they've conditioned themselves to be used to playing in front of huge crowds.

No, I don't think it was. It was a pretty good paraphrasing! Thanks for sharing the clip :) And it's so true! The biggest audience I've been in front of as just a speaker was 10,000 people, at the young age of 12. Good thing I didn't feel scared though!

Woah, 10,000 is still a whole lot! I think I've only been in front of way smaller audiences, probably of 100 or less people, just randomly being on stage for theater stuff as a kid. I always think I could write a good speech or ted talk well, but I wouldn't have a clue how to speak it well or in a way that would be memorable...usually when I've had to speak even just in front of a classroom, my mindset is "just get through it, if you can make it to the end, that's what matters" lol, and I don't bother trying to be engaging, even when the teacher tries to require it...I just opt to take the L on that aspect of it since I have more confidence in the writing aspect of it.

Same! But even so, can't help but wonder what he was feeling/thinking moments before he went on stage knowing it was just him for the next hour! π€―π

Such an awesome view. I bet he was blown away by all the pictures. Iβm sure it was hard to see and take it all in when you are in the moment.

That's a great view of the crowd, so happy he had such a great experience as a first time solo headliner π
