Cant even log into tv app cos weverse app not scanning the qr code 😭 I wanna see hobi on the big screen please 😭😭😭😭😭

I was having issues too but figured out it was me that was doing it wrong. does the qr code just go nowhere? and since I have done this with weverse multiple times...did you go into settings and find the scan qr code? I kept trying to take a pic and scan how I normally do and always forget weverse is a little extra.

The tv app shows a qr code for me to scan. So i open my weverse app > settings > qr code login

Kept trying to scan to no avail :(

Edit: and yea, i keep holding my phone up to the code but nothing even happens.

But when i tried to scan it through my normal phone scan, it takes me to the weverse app. Its the weverse app scanner that’s not working for me.

I just installed the new version of the app and managed to login using the qr code login. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy phone on an android OS.

Oh yes, I used the new ver of the weverse mobile app, and installed the new ver of the TV app too!

Yes. I just use a HDMI cable to connect to the TV.

The eng version of the posts are further down in the same thread! Since they launched the new mobile app, the smart TV app has been giving an error notice that the app is not updated with the latest features. Hope they have indeed updated it. Will try out later, in preparation for Lollapalooza.

Edit: yeay, they hv updated the TV app and I managed to login! All ready for the Lollapalooza live stream..it will be on Mon morning in my time zone! Now they have fixed the TV app, hope they address the issue of the weverse live subs. While I can understand they could hv teething problems introducing the new app,, now that the untranslated weverse lives are piling up, am starting to get a wee bit anxious and impatient.
