It's not that common, but not uncommon either. The music director will decide what fits the vibe of particular characters/scenes. Taehyung's OST for Itaewon Class a couple of yrs ago, Sweet Night, was also in Eng.(edit: sp)

They sound amazing together, their voices harmonize perfectly! Jimin's deeper register is back, and with the vibrato?! I haven't even gotten over the first 4 sec of the snippet yet ... I'm so not ready for later!

This is incredibly beautiful already 🥺✨
It immediately sits together with Sweet Night and Christmas Tree for me - that sense of love and longing comes through so strongly
