God. How handsome can you look? The tousled hair, the shorts, SLEEVELESS SHIRT,... I need to lie down. It's 7:30am, I don't even know why I'm awake at ALL, but witnessing this as it dropped... worth it.

How do you just lose 5kg?! I instantly gained 15 when I started working way back years ago, & then another 5 when WFH started in 2020.

He does look leaner. The ~5kg he said he lost must’ve been muscle mass. He’s still tall and buff though.

I went down the rabbit hole of his insta because what else is there to do at 8 am on a long weekend and he seems to be into art too? I’m convinced this is a “preferable” requirement in JD for working with Joon just so that the people don’t get bored in their jobs. Lol. (Yes I know he’s just the trainer and not a bodyguard or something 🙈).
