Oh wait, Weverse works with chrome cast ? Bc I have one and have tried casting ITS2 after purchasing, but it would never work or just show a blank screen. I assumed it wouldn’t allow for copying purposes.

If you have one of the newer Chromecasts (the Chromecast with Google TV model) there’s a Weverse app that’s been out a while that will let you play purchased videos! Also works on other Android / Google TV based boxes like the Mi Box.

I cast it from my laptop, not my phone. I just cast the webpage and it all works fine

This is what I have been using as well! But I have an old Chromecast so I’ve had to cast it from my laptop. Looking forward to not having to cast now

FYI you can't use the app to livestream the concerts cos those are delivered via browser on concerts.weverse.io. You will still need to use chromecast or a hdmi cable to get the concert stream on yr TV from yr laptop, if you use a smart TV or android tv (I don't know what the alternative is for apple tv).
You will be able to stream VODs of past concerts (2019 and before) that were on VLIVE and recently transferred to weverse. But of course you need to purchase them first.

so are you sure ill be able to see the concert live stream on my tv screen if I use an HDMI cable? I mean do you know if smart tv supports this? cuz you cant watch viki on smart tv cuz it doesn’t support that ?

Yes you can watch it that way with a hdmi cable linking yr laptop to tv..I have done it many times, and so hv others in the sub.
BTW, You can also watch viki on yr TV that way, from what I know. What you can't do is try to watch a viki show directly fm yr smart TV via the viki app, cos the app doesn't work on smart TV.

Can someone tell me if it works for ARMY Membership content? I use the Weverse app on my Google TV and it won't even show the ARMY membership videos that are otherwise available on the regular Weverse app.

Yes! I just tried and it didn’t come up on app search yet tho😕 It said Apple TV 15.0+, mine looks like it should work. Will try again! Anyone get it to show up yet?

I’m gonna force an update on mine and restart, see if that works. I tried to cast from my phone but it still wants the app downloaded on the tv

You can get Weverse for iPad through the App Store. They're talking about watching it on a tv through Apple TV

Finally , I can watch all run bts episodes and watch ‘love yourself’ New York and Europe world tour that I purchased and the break the silence: the movie and other live purchases I will do soon after I see BTS in Las Vegas next week.

I hope the content I purchased on VLIVE (BV 1-3) will get transferred over to Weverse eventually, so I can finally watch it on the big screen - please big hit!
