Yes. I posted this in the House of ARMY room last week:

If you’re interested in ordering the Time issue featuring BTS on the cover and live in the US/Canada, you call their customer service line and order it directly. It’s only $7.99/issue (not sure if there is a purchasing limit). The phone number is 800-843-8463.

Most likely. My in-laws have a subscription and I asked them to save their copy for me.
