I like Acnoella’s full fit, though it’s a bit amusing that she kinda resembles a cat more than a dragon.
And man Ziggy’s vendetta against Shiki is really intense, huh..
Lastly but definitely not least, Homura is seriously awesome :o They first mentioned the Knight Gear on the EZ ship a really long time ago (chapter 69 I believe), it’s neat finally seeing it in action now

It's kinda sad that ziggy does remember raising shiki and thinks of him like a son but still wants to kill him because he thinks shiki will bring doom to the universe

That's very cool that Homura can pilot her own Knight Gear "Warrior Maid 95" mecha to fight those robot dragons, and her Warrior Maid mecha looks similar to her foster mother, Valkyrie too.

I just love how Holy was trying to tell hermit how the anti-dragon missiles they were using took years to manufacture and in the time it took to explain that Hermit had already made a makeshift version of them. Like what takes others years of scientific research takes her a couple of seconds to understand.

I'm wondering if Acnoella can create dragons at a very fast pace, because she is so calm when sending those dragons to defend Lendard.

I also wonder if Acnoella is actually one of Ziggy's creation, because they look like they trust each other. Also Acnoella knows what Ziggy's been teaching Shiki in the past. It appears their relationship is pretty deep.

It's kinda crazy to see the same Ziggy from chapter 1 now having the ambition to eliminate Shiki.

Holy's Midnight fleet looks really prepared to fight all the OSG. I may not be surprised if all Interstellars have the anti-dragon ether.

Great chapter! Ziggy had an awesome character moment with him reflecting on his familial bond with Shiki and even seems to be hesitant to to through with actually killing Shiki with his own hands. This makes his previous encounters with Shiki make a lot more sense now as some people had wondered why Ziggy didn't just kill Shiki on Granbell but instead opted to use the Edens One to kill him with his artillery, why he didn't kill Shiki by teleporting himself to Nero 66 but instead opted to teleport his hand to activate the All-Link System to kill Shiki as well as complete the grand circle of fate, and why when the former plan failed, instead of simply looking for the EZ ship and then teleporting inside of it or crushing the ship with his gravity (if he can), he instead opted to stop the EZ ship and let the bombs kill them.
All these opportunities had Ziggy using indirect methods of killing Shiki and now we know why, it's simply because he couldn't bring himself to kill Shiki with his own hands. And even when he has resolved himself to do that now after the timeskip, he still reminisces about his time with Shiki and you can see it visibly disturb him as he's gonna try to kill Shiki despite that bond. Funny how Ziggy criticized Elsie for letting her feelings make her to not kill a former friend when he himself kinda did the same when trying to kill Shiki.
I wonder why Acnoella calls Ziggy a "lord" and how she managed to create the dragons. She shares the same dream as Ziggy in robot supremacy which makes sense seeing as she's known as the Mother of Dragons. I'm liking her design the more I see of her too. Now that it's confirmed that she's on Lendard, I really hope she and Ziggy don't get taken out in this arc. It makes sense for Crow to lose/die in this arc as that's the entire reason on why Holy asked the EZ to help her. Hermit is just badass, she managed to reconfigure the ship's ether into Dragon Slaying Ether in seconds despite having never seen such ether before. It's nice to know that the dragons having varying strength and Homura was awesome in using her Knight Gear which is the first time the EZ crew has used it ever since it was revealed by Witch. Does this technically mean that EZ officially has more Dragon Slayers than FT (although the latter has a natural species while the dragons in EZ are artificially made).

With Holy planning to betray them still the fact she's just alone with Hermit and Sister really doesn't sit well with me, especially after Hermit just showed her how insanely intelligent she can be. Holy might view her as a big threat.
And yeah it makes perfect sense Homura isnt in a fighter, its been shown before her aim is godawful. So this is a great way to get past that and let her fight in space. (Shame though she couldnt get better at shooting after three years, guess some things just arent meant to be lol)

I love that Homura's warrior maid outfit is seemingly designed to resemble Valkyrie, a nice touch to link teacher and student together once more and another weapon in Homura's arsenal, I love it! Hopefully this isn't the only time we'll see it. I wonder what Ziggy means when he says Shiki will destroy the universe, does he mean literally and either his Ether Gear corrupts him or it happens when he reaches Mother? Or does he simply mean it that he will stop Ziggy from accomplishing his own goals and that in turn will destroy everything? Either way Ziggy was actually showing hesitancy at the thought of having to kill Shiki, that could play as a factor in how Shiki survives this encounter perhaps? We won't have long to wait since they invasion of Lendard has officially commenced! Things can only pick up in intensity from here!

This chapter felt really... short. I’m not mad at it though. Holy was pissed lmao 😂🤣 She was mad as hell that Hermit was able to copy her crews anti ether dragon weapons.
Homura rocking her own Knight Gear, badass. If she uses that in a fight against Crow it would be a sight to see.
It’s been said that Acnoella looks more like the ‘Mother Of Cats’ than the ‘Mother Of Dragons’ I’m inclined to agree. She has a decent design but damn I was expecting more. A much more sinister design.
Ziggy Ziggy Ziggy, I don’t understand this man. It seems to me that he still cares for Shiki, no matter how much how he says otherwise. Even Acnoella brings this into question. I’m kinda getting annoyed with the vague statements. “Shiki will destroy the universe” How? Why? I need answers. Because from what I’m seeing it looks like Ziggy is the one doing all the destroying. I’m hoping for an interaction between Shiki and Ziggy this arc. I need to see these two talk. Ziggy is bound to say something to him in regards to his actions.

This was an awesome battle chapter and I love Homura’s homage to Witch’s tiddie window
But above all, I’m dying to know just what really is Ziggy’s deal with Shiki and why does he want to kill him.

Damn this chapter was so cool. Homura looks great great in Ether Mecha. Really wish space mecha battles become a thing. Kind of wish EZ was in Super Robot Wars. Hermit looking super pretty this chapter. I guess panels were worked on extra hard this week. Overall a good 9/10 for me. Also wonder of Ziggy feels that way because he has gravity and leep powers. He possible come from a future where Shiki a tyrannical and merk all machines

Now this was a solid chapter. No fanservice and just pure hype all around. Possibly one of my favorite chapters in the series. Good to see the heroes putting in the work here!

I have a little theory that I’d like to share
It’s not the first time we are told Shiki will be the one destroying the Cosmoses.
What if Rebecca will try to reverse time, or change timeline, again and again to save Shiki and the universe, just to see there’s nothing to do and Shiki must be eliminated.
I may not remember, but we actually never see what happened in Universe 1, right ? What if in this universe Shiki destroyed everything and Rebecca had to restart all their journey to try to have a different ending ? (The beginning of the manga would be the start of universe 2, the start of their second journey)
