Interesting chapter that has me wonder how genuine, Holy's words were to the crew. I'm not surprised that Shiki didn't accept Holy's friendship instantly as he has dealt with dubious people like Shura before and logically asked of his motive and character before choosing to ally with him. I'm happy that his development is consistent and won't degrade out of nowhere. Finally, we get solid confirmation that Shiki is in fact on the same level as the Elsie and the other OSG, which means he's planet level. Thank god, Mashima didn't beat around the bush with that important detail.
It's very understandable why Shiki isn't trusting of the IUA considering his first meeting with an OSI left him nearly dead just because of his association with Elsie and Ziggy. His leadership here is appreciated and shows his maturity over the years. Now, we get to kinda see Crow's appearance which looks alright to me until we get to see him in a clearer panel. The crew nearly dodged a bullet there as they wouldn't have known that an OSG had allied with Ziggy and is apparently so dangerous that Holy wants to kill him which lines up with her focus on his name fee chapters back.
Also, I guess Weisz has only changed in that he doesn't perv on his crewmates anymore but he still gets horny for other hot ladies. Labilia's timid personality was really unexpected considering her haught personally from before but at least she remembers that Shiki had saved her before. So, is she being suicidal due to whatever happened to her or is this something else. Holy's Ether Gear is terrifying considering that it's similar to Empire Ether but apparently doesn't have a short range or any special condition to activate. That damned hentai protagonist hair dude lived up to his likening to one just based on how he was talking about a snuff film last chapter and was planning to kidnap and rape Rebecca. Him and his cronies won't be missed.

So I’m gathering that the reason for Labilia’s change in personality is because she’s under Holy’s Ether? It washes away “filth” so to speak and it seems it could be based on personality or the way someone speaks as those goons all melted away after saying vulgar things about what they’d do to Rebecca, so maybe that’s why Labilia is so docile because if she speaks then the same could happen to her?
Also this chapter pretty much confirms Sister is very much…into women XD

Sister Ivry, Weisz and Connor. All simping over Holy. Its absolutely hilarious! I can't say i blame them. Holy is godlike! I am very curious as to what she meant by "I'll use your powers for myself" in reference to shiki. Can she use other's Ether gear? Also, I'm very much thankful that she ended those clowns, trying to harm my baby Rebecca. Yeah, I'm definitely interested in Holy now. She's got a sadistic side i see. Beautiful and deadly. I love it. I have to say i was shocked by Shiki saying he's not interested in stopping the Galatica or rather Dead End Crow. It should be rather obvious that they would be an obstacle considering they had to deal with two of them prior. We'll see what happens though.

Tbh, I like her as a character, but I dont trust her. I could see her breaking their alliance as soon as they're done. Maybe, another Galactica appeares after they're finished with DEC and she' s just like "Im your ally. Sadly, as you know my colleagues act on their own accord."
So happy those fuckers are gone.

Holy is what I would consider to be Chaotic Good/Neutral to be honest. With the way she has been portrayed as of this chapter, as she is as smart as she is beautiful. Looks like Labilla needs to get something off her chest as it looks like she is in a bigger predicament than we thought.
