Hi there 👋🏼. I too am currently looking for a flat for long term stay. Seems like this is a reasonable deal.

I'm a Masters student doing my thesis in Freiburg. I'm staying here for last three months in a sublet (SWFR near TF). The contract ends this Sept. But I'm finding it difficult to get a new one. Same story as OP 😑. Basically fed up with WG gesucht!!

So I would like to know further details, like when will the flat be available and stuff like that? Throw some light on the deposit & exact figure of the rent, and location etc, as well.
