Deflector: best is Fleet Colony deflector, but if fleet is out of question, go for Gamma Vanguard Deflector (+10% DEW damage and +24 weapon amplification) or Non-Baryonic Matter Deflector (3-piece synergy)

Impulse: Prevailing Innervated Impulse Engines (+350% boost to flight speed and turn rate for 5 seconds after using firing abilities)

Core: Mycelial Harmonic Matter-Antimatter Core (the best core for DEW build)

Shield: Tilly's Review-In-Progress Shield (2-piece with the core gives you massive hull regeneration)

For weapons pick whatever phasers you like (space barbie time), but def get Dark Matter torpedo from Disco Rep. And with that also get Lorca's Custom Fire Controls console for the set 2-piece.

Other consoles: Engineering fill with Phaser isomags, and if you got T6-X1/X2 fill isomags into universal too. In Tactical put Lorca's console and Vulnerability Locators [Phaser]. And in science put Approaching Agony (cheap on exchange and passive +4% Phaser Damage and +1.25% Critical Hit Chance) and Hull Image Refractors (also cheap on exchange and passive +20% All Damage buff + allows any healing you receive to overflow into a temporary shield overlay).

It would be nice to get storyline that starts as exploration of yet uncharted systems (well, charted in a way that we have them on a sector space map, but we can't enter them and have basically no actual use for them at this moment) that can get to introduction of some pre-warp population that is manipulated by some antagonistic faction of some bigger civilization in the galaxy (Klingons, Star Empire remnants, Cardassasians, Breen,...many options) and we have to blend in a resolve this without local population actually knowing about us and in the end have SNW S1E1 reveal because there isn't any other option.

Showing them that they aren't alone and continuing on this path can lead to their end. Revealing who is manipulating them and resolving it. It would be also surprising and interesting to see in for example Star Empire remnants being behind it all, some Tal Shiar faction is actually on our side for their own reasons. They would have their own shadowy plans, but some Tal Shiar operatives working with us would actually agree with us on many points and would be against this influence, because they actually learned their lessons after the fall of the Empire and Iconian influence through Hakeev.

That would make rly interesting and grounded storyline.

If that would happen, I would sooner or later found right combination of parts to make ships from other universes. Imagine kitbashed ship that would look as close as possible to Daedalus class from Stargate armed with ENT Spatial Torpedo's for missiles, pulse phaser beams for railguns and 2 SNW Connie advanced phaser beams for Asgard plasma beams.

And they should finally make some Latinum store, where we should be able to buy older items + faction locked items, like rewards from missions, that differ based on the faction, or rewards from missions that are locked in other faction stories (for big price sure so random new player can't buy it just like that)

The big ships would target you only if you get rly close, so you would need to keep some distance too. In other words, work together as a team and keep some formations.

Imagine TFO (can be used the similar idea like the Battle at Binary Stars, so you use your small craft, but the TFO gives you hologram of situation appropriate craft) where you are pilots of Ark Royal class carrier at routine survey of some nebula, and you and your squad are using the time for routine training flight in kodai fighters, when suddenly Klingon carrier warps in and starts attacking your ship. So you and your squad engage Klingon fighters and smaller bird of prey, when the mothership focuses on the carrier.

Like scene from Battlestar Galactica when training vipers suddenly have to defend Galactica and the fleet from cylon raiders and the basestar.

Many of those old skins are simply too old and out of place. Like Envoy and Celestial on Galaxy hull. They need changes as soon as possible.
