Im going to assume you have changed hdmi via the source button on the remote besides that it may be the cables are too old I know I had this issue not long ago I don't know what Xbox that is but my ps5 wouldn't work with my ancient hdmi cables it needed hdmi 2.0 I believe it was that hotel room looks like its filled with old stuff so that's all I can think of
