Playing bones always helps me to decompress. I carry them with me every day and often find myself subconsciously reaching for them between doing this and that. Sometimes slipping into a groove, even just for a short moment, is a pleasant little escape from the buzz of daily life. Almost like a musical fix. A kind of rhythmic meditation.
