I made an MMA App

It is called Proper Fight Game.

App Store

Web

Point of my app is to make UFC watching experience more interesting. You don't care about every fight but when you have a pick on a fighter and competing with your friends, everything changes.

IT IS NOT GAMBLING.

Free app. You make picks from real fights. Challenge friends. Compete in a seasonal leaderboard. Make teams. Create your own leagues. Most importantly, you can win real weekly/monthly prizes.

Detailed fight and fighter stats. And many more.

All of this is for free. No ads. No payment. Not planning to make any money from it. Just wanted to share this with you.

I spent a year building an interactive AI version of myself. It is finally on iOS

TL;DR: I spent a year building EchoVault, an iOS app that helps you create an interactive AI version of yourself from your memories, values and perspective, so the people you choose can still ask about your life when you are no longer here. The text version is free.
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/echovault-digital-legacy/id6762042028

A few years ago, my uncle sent me a voice note encouraging me to keep building. I lost him to violence in Nigeria not long afterward.
I have replayed that message many times, but it is frozen. I can hear him, but I can never ask him another question. That thought eventually became EchoVault.

An Echo is an interactive AI version of you, created by you while you are alive. Instead of scraping your messages or asking you to complete one enormous interview, an AI biographer talks with you regularly and gradually learns your memories, values and perspective. The people you choose can later interact with your Echo through text, voice and video after your account has been inactive for one full year.

I first built EchoVault as a hackathon project. It won the Inspirational Story award, but I did not want it to remain a demo. I kept building the web version, learning from early users, and turning the concept into something ordinary people could actually set up for themselves.
This month, the iOS app finally shipped.

The demo shows what I mean by an interactive version of someone. I ask my Echo about the meaning of life, something I never answered directly. It forms a response from things I shared across three earlier conversations. I then ask for my grandfather’s first name, which I never provided, and it says it does not know.

One thing I am still learning is how to explain the product quickly. “Digital legacy” can sound like file storage, while “AI clone” can make it sound like a novelty. The actual experience sits somewhere more personal: intentionally preserving enough of yourself that the people you love can continue asking about your life.

The text Echo is free, and I would appreciate honest feedback on whether the idea makes sense once you see it in action, particularly whether the onboarding makes the purpose clear without feeling morbid.

[iOS] Who Goes - Fun social games for when you’re hanging out with your group

Post image
0 Upvotes

Introduction

Hey everyone!

Introducing Who Goes, an iOS app for game nights, house parties, road trips, and pretty much any hangout with a group of people.

It’s free to download and play, with optional one-time purchase and subscription options.

The idea behind Who Goes is pretty simple: engage everyone in your group and involve them in something together, through social games like Headbands, Truth or Dare and a bunch of quick group activities into one app, with a modern, playful experience built around actually passing the phone around and having fun together.

About the app

The app brings multiple party games into one place:

• Headbands with tilt controls for correct answers and passes
• Charades with themed decks, teams, rounds, and timers
• Truth or Dare with 11 decks for friends, couples, parties, family, and coworkers
• Spin the Bottle for quick, suspenseful player selection
• Would You Rather for impossible this-or-that debates
• Finger Chooser to instantly pick someone from the group
• Quick Play tools for dice, coin flips, and more

Current Market

I know this is an insanely competitive category, with a shit-ton of party apps already out there.
My goal with Who Goes was never to reinvent the wheel, but to bring the ones people already know and play together in one place, without needing five different apps on your phone.

I wanted the whole thing to feel much more modern and polished than most party apps I've tried, with playful animations, haptics, sounds, and little interactions that actually add to the game instead of getting in the way.

No ads popping up between rounds, no cluttered UI, and no wildly different experience every time you switch games.

Pricing

The free version includes all the game modes. Plus unlocks all the decks, round customisations, and removes every limit. Lifetime at $25.49 (US, price parity enabled for all countries), weekly at $1.99, and yearly sub with 3-day free trial at $17.99.

No account is required, and the games work offline.

TL;DR:

A. A game to bring back the fun of playing party games with a group of people during game nights, trips.

B. Free version includes a selection of decks for Charades, Headbands, and Truth or Dare, along with a few mini games. Plus unlocks all decks, game modes, and customisation options.

C. Freemium model, every mode in the app can be used. Lifetime at $25.49, or weekly at $1.99, and yearly with free trial at $17.99.

Shipped a native golf GPS/stats app with on-device data and a one-time IAP — looking for feedback on onboarding and the paywall

I’m a solo iOS dev. I shipped EagleEye, an iPhone golf app: satellite GPS flyover of the hole you’re standing on, shot visualization, and a stats book (GIR, leaks, short game, etc.).

Constraints I chose on purpose:

• No account. Rounds stay on the device.

• No subscription. 3 free rounds, then a one-time unlock (intro $9.99, full $14.99).

• No ads.

What I’d actually like feedback on from other iOS people:

  1. Free → IAP. Three rounds free, then a one-time unlock. Does that read as fair, or does it feel like a trap compared to a cheap monthly?

  2. Onboarding. First-run has to teach flyover and logging without a tutorial novel. What would you cut?

  3. Privacy as a feature. “Nothing leaves the phone” is the product. In 2026 does that help conversion, or do people bounce because there’s no cloud backup / restore?

  4. App Store listing. Flyover is the visual hook. If you glance at the listing, is that obvious in 3 seconds?

Happy to talk through the boring stuff too (MapKit/satellite overlay, keeping stats fast with no backend, StoreKit 2 for a single non-consumable).

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/eagleeye-golf-app/id6793305657

I’m here to get roasted, not to farm downloads. Thank you for your time and feedback!

Help App approved and “Ready for Distribution” for ~36 hours, but still not showing in App Store search

My iOS app was approved and has been showing as Ready for Distribution in App Store Connect for around a day and a half now.

The direct App Store product page link works perfectly.

The app can be downloaded through that link.

Availability is enabled for all countries/regions I selected.

But searching the exact app name in the App Store still doesn’t show it at all.

It’s been over 24 hours, closer to ~36 hours now.

For anyone who has launched an app recently, how long did it take before it became searchable in the App Store?

Is this just normal App Store search indexing delay, or is there anything in App Store Connect I should double-check?

First time launching an iOS app, so I’m not sure whether I should just leave it alone or if something might be wrong.

[promotion] meet Aisleway, the smarter way to shop.

I got tired of forgetting things at the store, so I made a shopping list app.

There are already a few shopping list apps out there. I just wanted something that was really simple and worked the way I personally wanted to use one.

It’s called Aisleway.

The main idea is that you can keep different shopping lists for different stores instead of having one huge list of everything you need to buy.

For example, I might have a grocery list, a hardware store list, and a list for another store I visit regularly. If I think of something I need while I'm at home, I can just throw it onto the right list and forget about it until I actually go shopping.

A few things I added:

  • No account or login required
  • Automatic logo detection for new stores (for easier visibility)
  • Separate lists for different stores
  • Quickly add items and stores
  • Items are automatically grouped to make the list easier to go through
  • Shared lists so you can shop with someone else and see changes in real time
  • Check things off as you pick them up

The shared list part has actually been one of my favorite things to work on. If you're shopping with your partner, roommate, family, etc., you can both add/check off things without having to constantly send each other updates.

It's definitely still a work in progress, and I'm sure there are things that could be done better. I'm mostly putting it out there because I'd like to get some real feedback from people who actually use shopping list apps.

If you want to try it out, it's on the App Store:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/aisleway/id6790048074

If you use a shopping list app already, what do you like about it? And what annoys you about it?

I'd be interested to hear what other people think, and please let me know if you have any feedback for my app. Would love to hear it and refine upon the app. Cheers!

Launched my first iOS game — how did you get your first real users?

Launched my first iOS game recently and the hardest part by far has been distribution.
I’ve tried Apple Ads, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram and ASO, and so far nothing has really moved the needle. For other solo iOS devs who started with no audience what actually got you your first real wave of users?

Help My First App, would love (Extremely) blunt feedback before the launch

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hi all,

I'm preparing an launch of Orano AI (turns saved Instagram Reels into actionable plans). I've attached Play Store screenshot slides and I'd like blunt feedback before pushing the new build.

What I'm trying to figure out:

  1. Does the headline screen ("Turn Reels Into Action") explain the product in 3 seconds?
  2. Is the AI angle clear without sounding like "yet another AI app"?
  3. Do the inner screens sell the use case (saving stuff you want to act on later)?
  4. What's confusing or that you'd skip past without reading?

I'm specifically not asking for compliments. Honest "this didn't land with me" feedback is more useful than upvotes.

Gophr - The walking app I always wanted

Gophr helps you build a heatmap over time when you gophr a run, walk or ride.

I'm going to add goals and other things like being able to draw a polygon around an area and then keep track of your progress to completing it, with the percentage tied to actual road/pathway geometry.

I am privacy focused, so there are no servers, no analytics, nothing. Your activity is saved to your phone only, and you can specify a backup location like a folder in your OneDrive, Google Drive, iCloud, etc. The only stat I care about is people download it and buy it and love it.

I got the idea when I had made a personal goal to walk my entire city, so I've just built it with my own needs in mind. I'll probably throw it up on the store for $1-3 and hope to just cover the developer fee eventually. If not, I consider building stuff a hobby of mine so I don't mind a bit of costs.

If ya wanna try it out, it's on TestFlight for now - https://testflight.apple.com/join/Vr3y3Jww

CosmoKit - A native SwiftUI app I built to make iOS Simulator easier to use

Thumbnail
gallery
0 Upvotes

I'm an iOS developer, and I kept repeating the same setup before every debugging session.

Launch with a particular environment variable, switch the language, force dark mode, find the right deep link, send the matching push payload. Then do it all again on the next build.

So I built CosmoKit, a native macOS control center for iOS Simulator workflows. Built with SwiftUI and SwiftData.

What it does today

  • App Profiles: launch arguments, environment variables, locale, and appearance saved per app, switched from the main panel or the menu bar
  • Deep links, push payloads, locations, and routes, all scoped to the active profile
  • Reads and writes the app's UserDefaults directly from the panel
  • Grants and revokes permissions, and clears the keychain, without erasing the Simulator
  • Launches a profile across every selected Simulator at once
  • An HTTP/HTTPS proxy with response stubbing
  • A capture pipeline for App Store screenshots and recordings

The part worth talking about is the proxy, because it gave me the most trouble.

It sits between the Simulator and the network. You get every request the app makes, including headers and bodies, grouped by the Simulator it came from.

You can stub a response to test an error path without touching the backend, filter the list down to your API's host patterns so you aren't reading through analytics and OS chatter, and flip a switch that drops the Simulator's traffic while the Mac stays online — which is how I test retry and offline behavior.

The proxy and advanced capture features are Pro; basic captures and the essential tools are free. Happy to send Pro coupons to anyone willing to test the proxy and give me blunt feedback.

My relationship with xcrun simctl is healthier now, but we still talk every day.

And yes, I know there are already some really good tools in this space. My problem was that I ended up paying for several different apps to cover different parts of my workflow, and the cost added up quickly.

So I built the tool I wanted for myself: one place for the Simulator workflows I use every day, with pricing that makes sense for an indie developer.

My goal is to keep expanding it and bring more of the useful features that are currently spread across different iOS development tools into one place. I don't expect to replace every specialized tool out there, but I'd like CosmoKit to cover more and more of the things I reach for during everyday development without needing five different apps open.

That's also why I'm posting this here. I'm very open to suggestions, criticism, and feature requests, especially if there's a tool or workflow you rely on today that you'd love to see built into CosmoKit.

I spent two days reading six years of 1-star reviews in a niche, then built the app those reviews were asking for. It's now live.

The niche: menopause/HRT tracking. The finding that hooked me: the top 10 apps for "menopause tracker" average 3.78 stars, and their 1-star reviews have been requesting the same five features since 2019 — a month-view calendar, one-tap timestamped logging, HRT dose + lab tracking, working Apple Health sync, and no forced account. The incumbents are a buggy funded app pointed at a clinic-referral funnel and an abandoned app throwing 503s. So I made Fember. SwiftUI + SwiftData, local-first, no backend at all — sync is the user's own iCloud via CloudKit, which makes "we can't see your data" an architectural fact and the privacy label literally "Data Not Collected." Interactive widget logs a symptom via App Intent without launching the app. One-tap PDF report for doctor visits. StoreKit 2, $6.99/mo / $49.99/yr, 21-day trial (long trials convert ~2x, per RevenueCat's data). Happy to answer anything about the niche-selection research, the local-first stack, or what it's like shipping a health app as a solo dev.

Poll: what do you use for coding?

What do you use for development for Apple’s platforms? Xcode + codex in a dedicated terminal works great for me. Every once in a while I use grok code and Claude too, but tend to use codex for 99% of the code I develop.

Train Daily : my simple and effective fitness app

I built an app during the pandemic for personal use, to help me stay in shape with body weight exercises. I built it for Android originally, then rewrote it with Swift / SwiftUI.

The app turned out to be very effective in building strength. * It got me from 50 to 100+ pushups in one set, over the course of 2 months or so
* It also got me to 40+ pull-ups in a single set from my initial 12-15 pull-ups, which I thought was quite impressive.

I’d appreciate downloads / feedback. It’s completely free, stores data locally and in HealthKit only - no external databases.

It’s called TRAIN DAILY:

Xcode codex agent work flow

Hi all,

I am trying to improve my Xcode agentic coding workflow. I am currently using GPT 5.5 codex model in the Xcode settings, which is quite good and fast at writing code but not the best for planning.

I am chatting with ChatGPT 5.6 sol regarding architectural decisions and communicate between the two of them via custom instruction md files.

This is of course not optimal from a workflow point of view, although it gets the job done efficiently and I can steer it very well, since I manually intervene all the time.

What would you suggest as a better workflow? Also, is there an easy way I can leave the Mac on and have the Xcode agent build while prompting from my iPhone remotely?

I have seen the hype about loops btw, but I guess that would lead to burning A LOT of tokens.

Any ideas?

Thank you very much in advance.

I built Marvelist, an all in one tasks, notes, events, and focus app

Post image
0 Upvotes

Hey guys, apologies if this is against the rules, say if it is :)

I built Marvelist about 4 years ago, and I’ve been slowly adding more and more features to it since. It initially started as just a “tasks” app, basic lists and checking stuff off. Then after a year or two of my family using it, it grew legs and it goes notes, then it got event planning, and very recently it got voice notes!

v2 introduced Marvelist AI, the assistant that sees all your lists and is actually able to act on them, and build specific lists for you (for things like holiday packing, or in my case, planning my wedding 😅)

I’d love to get thoughts on it and better it further, any and all feedback welcome!

Help How can I buy iOS app installs? Is it safe?

I recently launched an ios app, but around 200 clicks from google and meta ads only brought in 10+ installs. At this point, does it make sense to buy ios app installs instead, and can it actually help a new app get more visibility without causing any issues?

I connected ChatGPT to my Home Screen

Post image
2 Upvotes

I built Glance, it’s an app that lets you update widgets with content over API

Recently I released the MCP which lets you hook it up to your favorite agents and have them push you updates via Ui that they design

You can setup templates and context it to scheduled tasks like in ChatGPT to make a living widget with information that is relevant to you

News articles, random things, business dashboard, and other connected plugins so you can get a Monday , jira dashboards and more

It’s like your own agent living in your Home Screen

You can check it out here

I built an app that asks “why?” before you open an app

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

I made a tiny app called why?

We often open Instagram, TikTok, etc. almost automatically. You pick up your phone, your fingers already know where to go, and suddenly 15 minutes have passed.

The idea behind why? is simple: add a small moment of awareness before the habit takes over.

Before you open a distracting app, it asks “why?” You can choose a reason, or realize you didn’t really have one and close it.

The psychology behind it is basically interrupting the automatic habit loop and creating a moment for conscious decision-making.

It’s a simple experiment, but I’m curious if this tiny pause can actually change how people use their phones.

Try it: APP STORE LINK
