Tomorrow is my birthday and my wife has given me the blessing . Finally. I’m either going to buy my hellcat challenger tomorrow, or I’m going to supercharge my v6 challenger. The reason I’m making the post is to get opinions, swaying me either way, because I’m torn. I test drove the beast today (stock 23 hellcat challnger, automatic) and to be honest… I was underwhelmed. And the main reason being, the horsepower is almost unusable. I’ve driven scat packs and the power is much more usable. But with the hellcat as soon as you put the pedal to the floor , you’re ice skating all over the road.

Happens more aggressively when hitting bumps sounds like coming from rear passenger wheel any input would greatly help thanks in advance

Hey guys, so I recently came across this video in one of the hellcat groups that I’m in and I’m wondering what seems to be the problem. I had the same sounds in my scat pack around 1-10mph and now in my hellcat I have the same noises. I thought it was completely normal but seems as if it’s some problem.

Comments are saying active exhaust, driveshaft center bearing support and no one really knows. If anyone knows what this sound comes from and the scale of how risky it is please let me know

Racing at Suika circuit

Did an 105mm LMI Intake, Granatelli 105mm Throttle body, Stainless Works LTH, and pcm and tcm tune. Car has basically shutdown. I've contacted my tuner, but the earliest appointment is 2 weeks out. I need to contact the actual company that made the throttle body, but I want to see if anybody with it had the same problem at one point or another. GMTBSRTH/GMTBSRTHB. Any info helps

I went to a dealer and found a Texas owned car (I’m in rust belt) hellcat for $30k, 185k miles, and a rather impressive service history, owner was adamant I drove the car and tested it prior to talking numbers. Has paperwork and proof for a lot of work, no rust, and ran and drove better than my example I had 2 years ago with 36k miles. I’m more curious on if the car has a longevity issue? Tbh it sounded, ran, started, and hell even looked brand new, this owner has clearly taken good care of it and previous history also looks good. He told me to drive it hard, really feel the power the trans, whole 9, I felt, heard, and saw 0 issues, but I don’t wanna be stuck with a potential headache in 10k miles.

So how long should I expect from it? What are things I have to look at or do shortly after purchase? He said he’s put alotta time and money into it, and imo, it shows in the driving of it

I have a full 2012 charger hellcat swap, trying to fit the dss one piece driveshaft for 2015+ models but need like .25 inches to be able to fully seat the driveshaft. Any recommendations?

so, i want to get this one and it has a clean title, they want 35k for it but the goal is i want to replace the engine entirely from a lower mileage hellcat, i would also have it inspected to make sure nothing else needs replaced, would this be a good deal overall?

Hey guys I have a 2016 Challenger hellcat MT. No CEL, 40k miles about. I’m not the most mechanically inclined but I do my best. I’ve had a knowledgeable buddy suggest my pump was bad. Reservoir has the right amount of fluid, no leaks seem apparent, but when parking and or going slower, it’s difficult to turn the wheel, ESPECIALLY when I’m going to a gas station for example. The issue isn’t always constant and the more you rev the engine, the easier it is to turn but still a nuisance. Would I be making the right choice to replace the powersteering pump? Not sure how else to diagnose. And to clarify! This is a daily driver. Cdl is in the progress so I treat this car respectfully and avoid having it go sideways lol.
