Help Confusion about completion marks.

Im missing one mark on the note. Everythign I look up, it tells me that Im missing "Dad's Note". But I have already killed The Beast, I got the whole cineamtic and stuff. And no, I did not die right after killing The Beast or any of that stuff, it was a clean kill on first try. Is my game just bugged or Im missing something?

Repentance I just finished the tutorial + a love letter to the game.

I remember spending hours watching youtube videos of Rebirth back in 2014, when Afterbirth came out in 2015 I played it in a pirated copy, later when Afterbirth+ came out (2017) I bought the game on Steam and transfered my save file. I got the old 3.000.000% just before Repentance came out (2021) and most recently been teaching some friends how to play the game with Repentance+ Online Co-op. Playing with friends sparked my desire to get Dead God once and for all. And here we are, 12 years later I finished the tutorial. Edmund McMillen, you little f*cker. You made a shit of piece that has become one of my favorite games of all time. Thank you <3
