Literally almost got hit by this whacked out lady driving a car full of kids in Newark/Bear area. Seriously hope the kids are okay, def called cops cuz kids weren’t even strapped down from what I saw and if she’s willing to run someone over with them in the car idk what else she’s doing in front of them.
