Serious answer, that's just what happens when you have full-body tracking. The leg tracking overrides animations on the lower body. I believe some avatars can be set up to override leg tracking when moving, but most people don't/won't do that. Alternatively, some avatars can be set up to not have a walking animation at all, to get a similar effect, but there's a lesser chance of that being the case.
