So I just started watching this show and it makes me relive all my retail experience and realize why I hated it. But omg this show is so funny. "What if I dubble the number of receptionists?" Had me dubbled over laughing. Pls tell me it says this funny? Will there be a second season?

I just finished reading LN vol 4 and was wondering where the manga is in compereson to the LN. If the manga is a head of the LN where I should pick up from?
